Inside, the cabin centers around its iconic sunken conversation pit, with two private queen suites, four bedrooms + a loft alcove bed, two media spaces, a loft library/workspace, seven beds, and three full bathrooms.
Outside, you’ll find three covered decks, a private hot tub, fire pit, wooded trails and the new two-level Nest, with a dining deck below and elevated rope lounge tucked into the trees. The fourth-story Perch adds another tucked-away hangout with its saucer swing.

We took our 4 grandkiddo's and they fell in love with the cabin. My oldest Grandson and I took many walks to identify birds and the younger 3 lived in the hot tub. The playhouse was a hit. It was a great time.

My family and I had a great time at Carpenter's Cabin! It provided the perfect spot for us to explore Hocking Hills. After each day exploring we came back to a beautiful property. We really enjoyed the hot tub, swinging chairs, and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the open floor plan provided a great space for us all the enjoy time together for meals and world cup games.

Great quiet retreat in the woods! We had a great time exploring the area with three generations from 7 to 72! Close to all the hiking with caves and waterfalls. We loved having smores around the firepit each night and watching the fireflies in the woods. We saw deer each morning from the porch while drinking our coffee.

Had a truly wonderful stay with my family (2 daughters and their husbands and children along with my wife and I) at the Carpenter's Cabin for 4 days! Each family had their own level for sleeping arrangements. When not at a Hocking Hills attraction, there was plenty to keep the grandkids occupied around the cabin (outdoor playhouse, firepit for smores, conversation pit for games and a show, hot tub, hammocks, reading nook, and trails around the cabin). This vacation and our stay at the cabin was a memory-maker!

The cabin was super cozy with comfy beds and lounge chairs. The kids play house and trails were such a treat for the whole family.

The best place to stay in the Hocking Hills area!
We had the best trip to the Carpenter’s Cabin and are already looking forward to our next visit. The cabin was clean, well stocked and so much fun! Perfect place for kids and adults!

What a great place to stay. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We used the fire pit and hot tub a lot, really enjoyed both. Host was very easy to work with. Loved Hocking Hills.

Beautiful secluded cabin
Perfect stay if you like to be secluded. Loved the fire pit and outdoor spaces. Not a far drive to spend the day hiking at the park. Enjoyed the little pizza shop in the small laurelville town.

A Must Stay
It was such an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable beds and linens. All aspects of the property exceeded expectations. Loved the Christmas decorations and felt homey.

Girls trip perfection
My friends and I stayed here for two nights, just to relax, eat/drink, and catch up! The home is absolutely gorgeous and super clean. We loved it and will absolutely be back!

Amazing time away
We really enjoy this property. The owners were extremely responsive and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed being able to get away for a few nights and enjoy the outdoors and relaxation time.

Family Weekend
Definitely would recommend staying here for a long weekend with friends and family. It is fully equipped and well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need.

End of Summer family vacation

Beautiful Cabin!
Loved our stay at the Carpenters cabin! Great location and very private. Kitchen was well stocked with even more than expected. Fire pit was the best part.
