Flexible Cancellation Policy for Your Anna Maria Island Getaway
We want your vacation planning to be stress-free, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a $495 processing fee and any third-party travel insurance fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, or for reservations booked within 60 days of check-in, are non-refundable.

To cancel, simply send written notice via email from the address associated with your reservation. If you cancel within 60 days, we will relist the property for rent. If it re-rents, we will refund the rental amount minus the processing fee and any price differences.

If you need to shorten your stay or change properties, our standard cancellation policy applies, and no changes can be made once your stay has started.
