Wonderful property. Great location! Walkable to John’s Pass, the beach and pool. A few upgrades needed but wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

The property is right on the beach. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for the 8 of us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

A great spot to hang

We really enjoyed the space. It has a wonderful view and a great location right across from Johns Pass. The beach is one of our favorites and there is a lot to do around the space. There are a lot of amenities on property as well.

I loved the location.. we just walked across the street to the boardwalk for anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Better than anticipated

We've stayed here before in other units so were prepared for anything. We were very pleasantly surprised at how up to date this unit was and the cleanliness. The location is perfect, can walk anywhere with a short drive for some groceries. Gorgeous view of the bridge, corner of the beach and could easily see fishermen. Definitely would stay again!

But we have local family that were able to bring some for us. Otherwise, everything was great! I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

We loved watching the bridge lift up for the large boats. However, I was disappointed to find out there was no washer and dryer - I booked it and totally must have misread it. And the elevator was not working at some point everyday which was a huge inconvenience since we were on the top floor! Overall, our unit was nice

The great: The Location is amazing! The kitchen was well stocked.The "needs work": The beds, bedding, and towels are really bad. Small, scratchy towels, sheets were very poor quality, and the mattresses were absolutely horrible. The main bedroom does not hold the king, only 2 smaller beds. The room with a king has NO windows in it and is quite depressing, not sure that is safe to not have a window. The walk in shower does not drain properly and the vent in the other bathroom could not be used because of a loud noise coming from it. The BIG issue, was the elevator would randomly stop working. We were on the 5th floor and unable to walk up all of the flights of stairs. When we called the emergency line, they basically said oh well, it should eventually reset it self. We explained that we cant access our room and belongings, and when we asked if we could be moved to an accessible room, they said "it doesn't work that way". According to other guests, there is a constant issue with this elevator. If you have mobility challenges, do not stay at this location. Eventually, the elevator did reset, but it did continue to get stuck and not open.

Horrible experience

I’ve been booking this beach condo for years, and it used to be one of my favorite spots for a relaxing getaway. However, this year’s experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the staff was noticeably rude and dismissive — a complete change from the welcoming service I was used to.To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service multiple times during our stay. I’m currently 8 months pregnant, and our room was on the 5th floor. There were several occasions when I had no choice but to walk up all those flights of stairs, which was not only exhausting but also incredibly unsafe for someone in my condition.Sadly, this visit has completely changed how I feel about staying here, and I won’t be returning in the future. It’s unacceptable to treat loyal guests this way and to not ensure basic amenities — like a working elevator — are consistently functional.

Elevator Huge Safety Risk/Check in Process Not Smooth

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevator presented a huge safety risk with at times not working. Witness other guests carrying elderly folks up and down 5 flights of stairs. Check in process took 4 visits... they were nice... just confused. Elevator was a concern of other guests too. Many people would not use the elevator feeling unsafe. Floor was filthy. We had a 2 year old that was on the floor a lot while inside and she had black filthy legs and feet.

20th Anniversary

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was perfect and surprisingly larger than we expected. It was a bit warm in the unit and a note not to put AC below 72, but being an end unit it took on the direct sunlight and did heat the unit up considerably. We also found a cracker half eaten under one of the living room chairs which is not a food we had with us? There were a few fans that did help. The elevator was slow and hot and was not maintained for cleaniness on a daily basis.
