The host was very quick to respond and had beach gear available. It was a great stay - right on the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Highly recommended!

Condo was lovely! The balcony got a great breeze, and was a perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee! The pool was clean and warm. It was just a short walk through the sand to be able to play in the ocean. Very conveniently located right across from all of the shops and restaurants in the pass. The unit itself was quite nicely appointed and immaculate, even though the exterior of the building itself was a little weathered. Would absolutely return to this unit!

The place was beautiful, clean and perfect for us. We spent our days on the beach and was happy to find 4 beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and canopy there for us to use. The pool area was nicely done and the beach was beautiful. There was shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen was stalked with pretty much anything you might need. There was a keiurig along with a nice variety of coffee pods, sugar & creamor. The host was very nice and easy to get a hold of with quick answers to all of questions. We were lucky to find this place and will hopefully get a chance to use it again

Excellent Stay

Property was newly renovated, and was done nicely. It was clean upon arrival. It offered many amenities, and if assistance was needed, the property manager was always quick to respond. Location was great! The only think missing, was it wasn’t a true oceanfront view, but we knew that when booking. We would rent this property again, if available.

Stayed for 7 nights 10/27 - 11/3. Look no further, this condo is exceptional. And the development is in the perfect location, directly on the beach, beautiful pool overlooking beach, two high end natural gas grills, and also directly across street from John's Pass where there is a great shopping village, charter fishing, dolphin and sunset cruises, jet skis, kayaks, etc. Great restaurants too! This particular unit is 100% remodeled, granite counters, top of the line appliances and fixtures, reclining leather sofas, big screen smart TV's including in bedrooms, beautiful flooring, brand new beach chairs, brand new everything. Every detail was thought of by the owners. It lacks for nothing. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return to this unit.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The friendly, courteous residents & manager made us feel right at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was excellent! Very responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again soon!

The host was nice and very accommodating. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. The property is very casual. St John’s Pass is directly across the street. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy the beach, a pool and be close to good food and shops. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom. There is a shared pool that was clean and maintained well and never too busy. Beach access was easy and close as well. The place had a shade, chairs and a cooler for us to use at the beach. We had a great time!
