Villa Madeira 303 beautiful 3br condo directly on the beach stunning gulf views!

**Please note that the pool is currently closed due to repairs from Hurricane Helene. Pool is scheduled to open July 31st. Outdoor patio area is also closed due to repairs but should also be completed in July. Assigned parking spot is #125. However, changes to assigned parking may occur while work continues on the exterior of the building and the common areas. Lobby area is also under repair. Listing will be updated as repairs are completed. Most construction should be completed by the end of July.
The exterior of the building is currently being repainted in a beautiful shade of blue.

Nestled in Madeira Beach, this delightful condo boasts 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed with a twin pullout trundle. With 2 full bathrooms, the primary with updated shower, second bathroom with shower/tub combo, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Over 1100 square feet of living space provides ample room for all. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Beachfront screened in balcony provides plenty of seating and stunning views of the white sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax and watch the sunset! The balcony closet contains items such as beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, an umbrella and more so you can hit the beach upon arrival!

This condo is newly updated and comes fully equipped for all your needs. Kitchen is equipped with all large appliances, along with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, air fryer, and more. There is plenty of seating for meals with a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4.

Outside amenities include a heated pool with plenty of seating and an outdoor patio/picnic area.

Pool not open

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed the pool was still not open. Other than that John was responsive when needed. The condo is very well stocked with everything we needed.

Beach Vacation

The condo was very nice and cozy. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening and watching the waves come in. The location felt safe. The only thing we didn’t like was the boardwalk was a little further than we thought.

Absolute paradise!

This condo really did live up to expectations and was just as gorgeous as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean, amazing views, very well stocked with everything we needed and Eric, the caretaker, was brilliant for looking after us when we had questions etc. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough and we would definitely book it again.

NO POOL SINCE HURRICANE IN OCTOBER 2024

NO FUNCTIONAL POOL as of March 2025. I chose location in January due to pool photos and description. Condo development is an active construction zone, being painted, pool is mostly empty with some dirty rain water at the bottom, no patio area, and has wood in place of windows in the lobby. Contacted owner at check in about pool. Per owner, since the hurricane (October 2024), “the whole area is pool less.” Contacted Vrbo after check out to let them know about inaccurate listing. Listing still has a pool in description and photos. Location was easy walk out to beach. Clean. Look for any reviews of this place since hurricane in October 2024 for updated status of building/pool. Disappointed kids.

Easy parking,felt safe with young children. Beach and pool areas never over crowded. Nice leisurely stroll on the beach to Johns Pass. 5 minute walk to great dining at Caddy’s and Reef’s for breakfast. Perfect weather with the sea warmer than the pool - amazing sunsets

Winter Getaway

We just left after a week stay. We would definitely stay again. Everything was very clean and updated. Having the closet of beach toys and beach towels was very appreciated since we traveled from MN and didnt have to pack them. Would recommend!

A Beautiful Place to Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for 4 teens and two adults. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. It was an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The beach never felt crowded. There are several options of places to eat that are in walking distance. Caddy's was a favorite. John's Pass is very close with many options for eating and shopping.

Relaxing stay on the beach

Highlights for us begin with the condo’s cleanliness and how many items the unit was stocked with, especially in the kitchen. Convenient location was a big plus. Steps to the beach, short walks to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Communication with the owner and with Eric was quick and helpful.

Right on the beach...

The location was amazing it is right by everything and right on the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach and watching dolphins right from our balcony. We had blast.

Great time at the beach!

This is an absolutely wonderful location for a beach vacation without the crowds. The condo was updated, clean, neat and had everything we needed. The communication with our host was excellent, explaining everything with pictures. I would definitely go back for another stay!

Family Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation with my sister's family. You can't beat the location and the views! The condo was completely renovated within the past year & the property manager, Eric, was quick to respond for questions/concerns and wonderful to work with! Will definitely recommend to family & friends! Overall great vacation experience!

Fun vacation

As advertised. Easy beach access. Unlike many other rentals we have stayed at, this one provided enough garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent for the week. It also had newer chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The sliding doors could be updated so the A/C didn’t have to work so hard.

Paradise in Maderia Beach

Totally perfect in every aspect...fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views from balcony, luxurious lines/towels. Just a few steps from the beach and ease of check in/out was smooth. Will definitely book for next September. Thank you Eric for such a memorable first time experience with Maderia Beach.

Great stay

We had no complaints about the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, everything worked that we used, and there were plenty of whatever we needed in the condo. There is a closet on the balcony full of beach gear - umbrella, chairs, floats. Parking is easy and nice to have an assigned spot. This is a very good condo to choose as well as the entire building is well maintained.

Great stay

Being beachfront in this clean, well-equipped condo was fantastic. The condo has plenty of room and the beds are clean and comfortable. There are plenty of towels, supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen. Taking the elevator or stairs out to the clean white sand beach and pool takes less than one minute. It’s easy to go back to the condo for snacks or restroom. There’s also a restroom at the pool. We had a great week and would stay there again.

And the close proximity of this property to John's Pass puts you so close to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, and water activities.
