It’s spacious and it was nice that it was in a gated community. The guards were friendly and we were not overly far from attractions.

Four adults. Good base for us. Everything we needed was in the house. Clean areas, bedrooms, bathrooms. Good community pool area. No access to other pool area.

Enjoyed our stay

We definitely enjoyed our visit in this townhouse. The community was very quiet and the location to the clubhouse and pool was a big plus. Very glad it was so close to the Walmart as I think we made a visit to there everyday. The house was very nice. Everything was clean and in good shape. The only complaint I would have if I was forced to give one, would be the ceiling fan in living room needed cleaned. Other than that, an excellent place to stay.

We loved staying in this lovely gated community. The property was beautifully landscaped.

This was a charming and friendly community and lovely well kept home! We were impressed by the condo's cleanliness and amenities. There was a Walmart about a block away but the condo was so well stocked that we were able to wait till day 2 to shop. The beds were super comfy and there was an abundance of towels. Being across the street from the pool was a plus - close but not noisy! Being in a friendly family oriented community was important to us and we were very impressed with the owner's immediate response to our emails and detailed info about the rental. We had a great experience and would recommend and rent this condo again.

Nice place good location

A few things one trash bag was bad. Closet door was broken. Pipes do not freeze in Florida. Down stairs bedroom bed squeak constantly . We enjoyed our stay dispite the few things

Spacious Property in good location

The house is spacious and well presented with all the amenities you could wish for. I particularly appreciated the bedroom with en suite facilities downstairs whilst my friends enjoyed the run of the three upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check in at the gatehouse was easy and the keybox made getting into the property simple. Possibly due to Covid restrictions there were no supplies left in the house but there is a giant Walmart a simple 5 minute drive away where you can get literally everything. Disney World is 20 minute drive and other attractions within easy reach.

Family Vacation 2021

This was a wonderful place to rent. It is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The check in process was fast and easy, it is well lighted and secured. The house could of been cleaned a little better it had an old nasty clorox smell to it and the master bathroom toilet wasn't completely cleaned, window seal had dead ants left in it...but we didn't make a big deal of it we just left went to Wal-Mart which is 3-5 minutes away and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. We saw a snake near the pool on the first day but didn't scare us the kids still had a blast. The owner will quickly respond if there is an issue. Definitely would rent here again. My personal opinion is he needs a better cleaning crew and air freshners in the house.

Florida volunteer trip

The house is actually a town home, attached to 3 others. But that being said, The house was perfect in size for my family of 5. Each child had their own room. The smaller room was two twin beds which was fitting for my 12 year old because she has a twin bed at home. The house had all the kitchen Was well stocked with equipment And utensils, we just missed having a grill for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would recommend any other grocery store other than the nearest Walmart as it was always very busy and crazy for your shopping needs. We were busy each day and only used the pool once, but it was very close and nice. We actually spent very little time at the house, except in the evenings, due to the volunteering we were here to do.

Thanks for the review. The advertising on Home Away does show a picture of the Town Home . Regarding the shopping at Wal Mart . It is normally a busy place because Kissimme is a vacation area , I am sure a lot more because the Christmas Season is one of the busiest of the year . There are other food stores close by ( Publix ) . The Home Owners Association does not allow individual BBQ Grills for safety reasons. There are two BBQ Grills just across the street by the pool with picnic tables .

I was very impressed with the house and loved that it was a gated community.

This was my first time renting a house for vacation and I’d certainly do it again. The house was very spacious and well kept. The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. Chuck was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool has to close at dusk by Florida Law because it is not lighted and also the homes that are adjacent to the pool need their privacy because of the noise so to respect them the pool closes at dusk . When the days get longer the pool stays open longer.

Everything was perfect

Everything was nice and very clean. We had everything we needed at the house, including things for the kitchen, bathroom, and a closet full of towels in case we needed some extra. We totally recommend staying at this property!

Relaxing Stay

Our stay was very nice! The house was clean and neat. The carpet was clean w/o spots. The master bedrooms have queen size beds not king size. The only thing I recommend is that chairs be put in the master bedrooms and a small table and chairs be put on the balcony. Also, the Wi-Fi does not work very well. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would stay again.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay . We do advertise in our Home Away Ad that the bedrooms are Queen size . There is a chair in the downstairs Master bedroom but not upstairs. We were having trouble with the WiFi in the whole property .We had someone on site trying to find the problem and I was told that everything is working fine now. Just a Note : There will be 2 Wi Fi sites that come up on the computer . The correct one to use is the LBR site. The other site is very slow and should not be used .

Great time!!!!!

We had the pleasant stay for Christmas and New Year, with all our family and kids together. The owner sent a complete list with every thing and place we could imagine, that helped a lot with some doubts we had. The house is very nice, well equipped and close of the Parks. Also has a Club house, with a nice swimming pool and a exercise room well equipped. The condominium Lake Berkley is gathered what made us fell more safe. Overall if we go back to Orlando will look after this home again. beatriz andrade

Comfortable and convenient. Owner very helpful!

The place was very clean and contained everything we needed and it was right in the heart of everything so very convenient. It was right beside the resort centre and right in the centre of Kissimmee. The kitchen only has the basics but it does have a great blender now! The amenities at the resort are very good as well and the property is very safe, well guarded and well looked after. The owner is always available and quick to reply as well as ready to help. Our only real complaint was the internet which was extremely sluggish but I believe this was merely a temporary problem because of recent installation and is probably already fixed and zippy.
