My Disney Place is a new and lovely immaculate Florida vacation rental featuring 4 bedrooms (2 are master suites with private bathroom) 3.5 bathrooms. This 1733 square foot villa will accommodate up to 8 people. Located in Davenport (right next to Orlando ), this villa is in center of it all. ALL new Appliance now !

Some features are: heated swimming pool(extra fee), free high speed internet access and Free Wifi, games room, air-conditioning, tasteful decor and best of all, at 15 miles (approximatly 20-25 minutes) of Disney World and 22 miles (approximatly 30-40 minutes of Universal Studios).

This vacation villa is truly a home away from home. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils to prepare a home cooked meal. For relaxation you can lounge beside the pool or watch movies on one of the televisions. Phones and phone service is provided. Relax and enjoy your stay at My Disney Place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and it was a great fit for our family of three kids and two adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. The pool was a huge bonus and the kids absolutely loved it! Everything made for an easy, enjoyable, and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this place to other families and would happily stay here again!

Melanie was wonderful to work with! She was so prompt with any questions I had. The house was immaculately clean and the pool was our favorite place with the high temps we experienced. If I am ever in the area in the future, I would definitely look to stay here again.Thanks for a great stay!

From the moment we go into the house we loved it.Melanie was very helpful with getting back to me with answers to all my questions.We got there earlier than anticipated and was allowed to enter the house.we would certainly rent this property again as it satisfied all of our needs.Hats off to you Melanie job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over all the house was good, 1 shower needed better cleaning and the top of a night stand was sticky with candy. Nothing that could not be fixed or cleaned by us.

Had a great stay! The host was responsive, check in was easy, and it was just what we needed. It was clean, the king and queen beds were very comfortable compared to many others at places we’ve stayed. The twin beds seemed stiff but the kids loved them. It’s an affordable house with 4 bedrooms and a pool, so if that’s what you need, I would recommend staying here! Within a reasonable distance to Disney, universal, Lakeland, and Kissimmee.

The pool was great! Only thing I would recommend is paying to get it heated and I wish we had cause without the heat it was a little chilly! But overall loved the place and loved the pool!

House was very nice and clean! Perfect location for travelling to baseball fields for my son's college games, Disney parks, Disney Springs, etc. We loved having the private pool and pool table. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. We woukd definitely stay here again!

The property was okay and was good for the price however host was not as helpful. Renters beware if you order any packages to this house the house or property management will not be of any help. I never was able to get access to my package. So I guess they just keep it. I just wish they would have tried to be a little more helpful in the situation instead we just received an answer from both saying nobody has the key. Other than this and the hard beds everything was fine. Toilet did break when we’re there but they did fix it right away.

Loved our stay in Davenport! The house is so nice and the pool is incredible. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay that easily accommodates 6-8 people.

It’s a nice house it did the job, there’s a Publix supermarket nearby along with lots of restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.

Wonderful stay & had comfy beds

The home was inviting and beds were comfortable. We felt right at home and had some fun with the pool table in the garage. Definitely would stay again.

Great clean home with a lovely pool! It was perfect for what we needed, coming back from a long day at the parks to enjoy the pool and have some dinner. The host communicated well with us and made sure we could get into the property. We had plenty of towels and bedding if needed. If was also great to have free wifi
