We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and it was a great fit for our family of three kids and two adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. The pool was a huge bonus and the kids absolutely loved it! Everything made for an easy, enjoyable, and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this place to other families and would happily stay here again!

Over all the house was good, 1 shower needed better cleaning and the top of a night stand was sticky with candy. Nothing that could not be fixed or cleaned by us.

Had a great stay! The host was responsive, check in was easy, and it was just what we needed. It was clean, the king and queen beds were very comfortable compared to many others at places we’ve stayed. The twin beds seemed stiff but the kids loved them. It’s an affordable house with 4 bedrooms and a pool, so if that’s what you need, I would recommend staying here! Within a reasonable distance to Disney, universal, Lakeland, and Kissimmee.

The property was okay and was good for the price however host was not as helpful. Renters beware if you order any packages to this house the house or property management will not be of any help. I never was able to get access to my package. So I guess they just keep it. I just wish they would have tried to be a little more helpful in the situation instead we just received an answer from both saying nobody has the key. Other than this and the hard beds everything was fine. Toilet did break when we’re there but they did fix it right away.

This guest is not being honest in his comments. I personally communicated with him several times, and the management company even spoke to him by phone. He never checked whether he could receive packages via the mailbox. The house is a short-term rental, so packages cannot be placed in the mailbox. Consequently, the carrier likely held onto the package, and he eventually received it. You can have Amazon packages delivered directly to the door, but the owner is not responsible if a package arrives late or fails to be delivered. It is up to the guests to track their own purchases. As the owner, along with the management company, we are committed to always providing you with excellent service!
