You will be in walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music and loads of restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, and more. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!

The Space:
Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here directly on Music Row. This apartment is housed at a 8-unit complex and you are walking distance to Midtown! Walk out your front door right onto Music Row (16th + 17th Ave) and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby’s Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don’t forget your camera - chances are you may pass by some famous faces too! It’s not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row and Midtown at all hours in this area.

The second bedroom is a converted dining room with a curtain that can be pulled for privacy.

Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook up a tasty meal at home should you choose.

We want to provide you with a cozy spot in the PERFECT location that allows you to experience Nashville in the best way possible. This apartment is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment, and local attractions.

Parking: One free spot provided on premises behind the unit. Additional street parking is available along Music Row out front of apartment (Free, no meters)

There are so many places within walking distance! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.

No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown where you'll find some local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer's Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!
