We had a wonderful time staying here while we were in town for my son’s Navy graduation. Such a special trip made even better by this adorable house. The neighborhood is so charming, and it was perfect having the whole place to ourselves to relax and reconnect as a family. The kitchen gave us plenty of space to cook dinner together each night. The host was communicative, friendly, and easy to work with, we didn’t have a single issue during our stay. Highly recommend!!

House was just as described. Very clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was very quick. I would definitely recommend and book the house again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was affordable, clean, comfortable and met all of our needs -- exactly as advertised. We would recommend it to anybody who wants to visit the Chicago area without having to stay in the city. It was in a safe, quiet and beautiful suburban neighborhood. The next door neighbors were nice, too. We loved that the place was in close walking distance (a couple of blocks) from two nice parks (one with brand new playground equipment for the kids), as well as multiple hometown shops and good local color restaurants. It was also just a short driving distance down Milwaukee Ave to grocery stores, shopping malls and more restaurants. We would stay here again when we are in the Chicago area.

House was very cozy , clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Was in town for a Navy graduation and it was perfectly located for that event and within walking distance to downtown Libertyville. Lots of great places to eat and shop. Surrounding neighborhood was super cute and safe.

Great Place to Stay

Overall our stay was awesome! Great location, and close to the Great Lakes RTC! The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly! The property was quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location.

Property has excellent location to downtown Libertyville. Kitchen area is nice and beds were comfortable. Property could use some updates.

The home was clean and looked like the photos. It was cozy and provided everything we needed. We were there for our son’s Navy bootcamp graduation and the team was kind enough to provide the address in advance which is required for overnight liberty. The location is great and was very safe as well as close to restaurants and amenities. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

We enjoyed staying in this house! Very clean, super easy check in and out. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. This is a very cute house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will be staying again!

Great stay

Was in town for my son’s Navy graduation. It was close to the base and to anything we were looking to do. Great neighborhood very clean house had everything we needed to cook. Great host easy check definitely would stay here again when visiting my son in “A” school.

Great vacation week

This is a lovely home. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Friendly neighbors. The toaster did not work, and they quickly sent over a new one.Close to downtown and my church.I highly recommend staying here.

BC Graduation

We were in town for my son’s graduation Navy Boot Camp. The house was perfect for us and only a 15 minute drive to the base. The town of Libertyville has a little bit of everything I highly recommend taking a nice walk through town and enjoy some of the local restaurants and shops. Overall the house had everything we needed, I would recommend to anyone one looking for a nice location and comfortable home

Quintissential Hallmark Town

We stayed in this home for our son's boot camp graduation. The house was very clean, well stocked and overall accommodating for all of our needs. Hosts were always responsive. We really enjoyed having the town in walking distance and enjoyed the coffee, shops and many of the restaurants/bars during our stay. We opted to rideshare to base with no trouble (mostly) but Uber Black was the only vendor who had clearance to do pickups(no Lyfts).

The house was beautiful inside and clean. It was close to the base and ticket pick up for our Navy graduate. Very nice neighborhood with old trees lining the streets. Nice shops and restaurants within blocks. Advertised to sleep 10, with two roll away beds, though we could only locate one. So one person used the sofa sleeper instead of a roll away twin as planned. Also, there was only enough bedding for 4 beds, so our 5th person had to use the throw blanket off another bed. I booked through Expedia, and was getting emails that had an embedded link to VRBO. The Vrbo links didn’t work since my VRBO app didn’t recognize me as connected to the trip. So I had to call for check in info. Spoke to someone promptly and was able to get access as scheduled. But I told two separate people I couldn’t read the emailed messages through the links and they still sent me more messages that way. Couldn’t read them. Guessed on check out procedure and referred back to original booking for checkout time. A binder in unit would be helpful with all of that info. We had to text for WiFi password. Plus only 6 towels for 5 us for 5 nights, but not a huge deal with washer and dryer. A few extra towels and blankets would have been nice, in addition to enough for the beds.

Location was perfect. You can walk to town hit all the restaurants there. There was a church nearby so made it easy to go for The facilities were clean. We really appreciated the condiments there that were for us..Facilities were clean on arrival and it was easy to communicate with the host during the day. Definitely recommend this place for location in cleanliness.
