Host was very responsive and willing to help answer any questions. Property is cozy and absolutely so relaxing by the fire pit. Will definitely stay again!

We had the greatest time staying at this rental. Everything about it was perfect. It was peaceful. The outside was the prefect hangout area. The kids enjoyed the lake, hot tube && pool. We will definitely keep this place on our list for next time

Great stay, wonderfully updated with appliances, cooking, living areas and bathrooms. Great dock, hottub, outdoor on water. Spacious, comfortable, well thought out. My only recommendation would be to add a toilet area off big wonderful big washroom for living room area so don’t have togo through bedrooms to bathrooms. The guest house is perfect in every way and does have a bathroom, not mentioned in listing.

Beautiful property, we enjoyed our family vacation here and would stay here again. There were plenty of amenities and the property accommodated our large group.

The location was terrific. Outdoor space was perfect for kids. The whole group slept well. Kitchen was fully stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and we loved our evening campfires

Senior Trip Family Vacation

My daughter wanted a Senior Trip with the Family. Booked this beautiful house & property. Everything was clean and super nice. I loved how open and bright the house is. The little kiddos enjoyed the pool almost every day. The big kids enjoyed the dock area. The adults enjoyed the sitting area out on the back deck. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The home had sufficient space for our family of 16. The back porch was our favorite place to hang out. The one draw back was the location of the bathrooms. There is no “public access “ meaning, you have to go through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. If someone went to bed early or took a nap, the bathroom access was cut off. The kitchen was great for meal time but did not have sufficient seating for meals.

Great place.

Great communication with host. Beautiful location. Super fun for our kids. Comfy beds. To get to the bathrooms in the main house, you have to walk thru the bedrooms. There is no main communal bathroom.

The house was clean, it’s a bit odd layout, but overall okay, there were issues with the pool not being clean when we got there, but we did move our check in a day early, the pool guy came and kind of cleansed the pool, it still wasn’t perfect but better, also and there is nothing they can do about this but be aware there is an abundance of snakes we saw water snakes, timber rattlers, and copperheads in our stay so be aware outside especially at night, made host aware, like I said not much they can do it’s on the lake and all, but people with kids should look out

Peaceful lake house

We enjoyed our stay in the house, it was clean, kitchen was fully equipped and beautiful surroundings and back back yard well kept, the location was quiet and peaceful. I think the house needs an extra bathroom that is accessible in the common areas when there is a large group staying in the house. Sara was always responsive and accessible when we had questions! An outdoor shower will be a plus specially to use the swimming pool and hot tub. We had a great time at the place, and we loved Hot Spring Arkansas

Perfect little spot for a weekend getaway. Was a little bit worried when we pulled up and there were auction signs everywhere but it seemed fine. The house itself is interestingly designed but is nice and has lots of room for everyone. I thought the inside was going to be smaller and the outside larger, because of the pictures, but it is the opposite-which was perfect. Having access to the guest house is a nice touch. Backyard was amazing with the fire pit, hot tub, and just enjoying being outside. It was a little too chilly for the small pool but I’d love to come back again and stay longer. Overall, 9/10 only because the drive into hot springs was longer than I expected and we didn't care much for the barn doors .

This place was great. It could use another bathroom, but was manageable (you have to go thru a bedroom to get to a bathroom). The guesthouse was great! Wonderful kitchen - wine fridge, separate ice maker, 5 burner gas stove w/ vent-a-hood. Excellent. The pool, hot tub & lake were a hit with the kids. Quiet place on Lake Hamilton with Walmart neighborhood grocery around the corner. Convenient to explore Hot Springs. Recommend highly.

The kitchen was great. The deck and yard were awesome. The barn doors were not ideal but it was fine for a week. Great location!
