Views and privacy unlike any other Lake Hamilton property! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. The house includes a beautiful wraparound deck with sunken hot tub, stationary single slip boat house with swim platform, a hillside gazebo and two kayaks. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters. The property is sloped to the lake with steps leading to the gazebo and then continuing on to the dock. Beautiful granite boulders naturally landscape closer to the waters edge and gives the feeling of being inside of one of Hot Springs scenic National Parks!

You're NOT going to find this kind of privacy, scenic beauty, improvements, main channel lake frontage, and acreage anywhere else on Lake Hamilton. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!

**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. The slope is rather steep and may be unsuitable for small children or the elderly.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay here. As others have stated, the cabin has everything you could possibly need for your stay and was very nice both inside and out. The views were wonderful and we are ready to book another stay soon!

Secluded and Quiet

We had a great stay. The area is beautiful. The hosts made the hot tub and kayaks available to us as part of the stay. There are games and fishing gear there as well. The kitchen supplies are well stocked. It’s a smaller cabin. We had our 4 kids sharing the large beds and we took the master. The way down to the boat dock is very steep so it would be harder for some to make the trek down and back up. The host was quick and responsive to questions. It’s an easy distance to downtown Hot Springs and other Parks.

We loved this cabin. The view of the lake is so beautiful. We enjoyed walking down to the dock and swimming and kayaking in the lake. Our kids loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the lake. Everything we needed was provided, the house was clean, and the decor went with the house. We had a great time using the kayaks and the hot tub was amazing!

Lake Side

This is a great place remote, lots of trees and wildlife seen a total of 10 deer during or stay. Hot tub was great, and the owner left snacks thanks Mrs. Kim. We love this house

So perfectly relaxing!

We absolutely loved our stay for our Spring Break. We were very comfortable in the house. There was a ton of seating on the porch- you could lay out, sit back in an Adirondack or sit at a table. We ate dinner outside every night, as well as breakfast and morning coffee. You can always find shade, if you need it. My daughter loved the hammock. The view from the house is amazing! We saw gorgeous sky, the hills, and bald eagles! We also saw deer on the hillside. The walk down to the dock is very long and very steep. It was fabulous exercise. The dock was mostly shaded, which would be really nice in the summer. We used the kayaks every day. This part of the lake was nice and calm while we were there. We sat on the dock for hours and just listened to the lake and the birds. We drove to Hot Springs NP one day, and visited Garvin Woodland Gardens one morning. I highly recommend the gardens! If we are ever again in the area, I’d stay here. I also would recommend it to anyone, as long as you can make the climb down to and back up from the dock.

Delightfully Cozy and Secluded

The cabin was exactly as described and exceptionally comfortable. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the seclusion it offered. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet weekend away in a beautiful setting.

Awesome, cozy, and fully stocked

The pictures don’t do this place justice. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The cabin is so cozy and quaint. I have never seen so many towels stocked! The place was cleaned to perfection! We loved it! We will definitely be back !

Pre-Thanksgiving get away

We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook cabin. Rooms were just as pictured and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing on the dock and the fire pit stocked with wood. The dock is a bit treacherous to get to and a fair distance from the house. Not ideal for older travelers. We had no issues, just a few of the outdoor lights were out. Very nice get away and about 25-30 minutes from Hot Springs/restaurants.

Lake retreat

The lake retreat never disappoints! This is now a yearly trip for us. Beautifully decorated cabin yet so comfortable. Lake views from the deck, hot tub or the dock are fantastic. Always wildlife around such as deer- we saw 6 this time traveling together. Close proximity to Hot Springs and other areas for great hiking and exploring! Kim is always a great host! We will return!

Fall Getaway

This property was perfect for our fall break family getaway. We appreciated the privacy and the amenities of this vacation home. We used the provided kayaks multiple times, enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and made s’mores. It was 20-30 mins from all the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean and cozy and the owners go above and beyond to make sure you have all the little extras you need like a basket of snacks, trash bags, paper towels, soap etc. Our family made precious memories here and look forward to coming back in the future.

Secluded Gem

This house is absolutely amazing! Everything to create a comfortable stay was considered. For those of you looking at this property and want a secluded get away that is within 30 minutes of everything, this is your house. Lake Ouachita state park was 37 min, most restaurants in Hot Springs were right at 30 minutes, and the awesome downtown of Hot Springs was also 30 min. The house had a ton of extra linens and pillows and towels for using while swimming or for the hot tub. The house has a split plan with the master on one side and rooms on the other side. The patio had a table where we ate every meal that we didn't go out for and there were cushions in the box on the patio. There is a gas grill that had plenty of propane and we cooked on it one night. The washer and dryer are in the 3rd bedroom. The closet handle doesn't turn, just open the door. If you plan to go down to the water, it is VERY steep and about 180 steps. We are active people in our 40s and it was quite a trek. But we went down a few times and fished. I highly recommend this house and we absolutely loved our stay here.

Great cabin in a quiet area

The cabin is great. Everything is well maintained. The location is perfect. It is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs making it easily accessible. It is very peaceful and quiet at the cabin which made it great for relaxing. I definitely recommend this cabin and hope to visit it again soon.
