We had a family member competing at IMG and the location was perfect. It was only a few minutes drive to our location. The property is well maintained and very clean. Reviews regarding the cleanliness of a property are high on my checklist and this property did not disappoint. We also liked the little touches soaps, coffee pods, garbage bags, and paper towels. We only stayed for the weekend, so the place had everything we needed, even a few extra beach chairs were available. There are grocery stores and restaurants near by.

This was a great mid-century modern bungalow in Bradenton. The house was perfect for what we needed… nicely appointed, clean and comfortable! Eric, our host, was wonderful!

Perfect for our family wedding

Our daughter got married at the Powel Crosley and this was a perfect spot to stay. Very clean, inside completely remodeled. There were 5 adults and we were all very comfortable.

Bayshore Retreat

Bayshore gardens mini family reunion

My wife and i live in the neighborhood and rented this for my son and his family to visit. The house was clean and ready and exactly as expected. We spent most of our time in the awesome backyard. Thanks forna great experience!

Wonderful stay and property manager

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday stay. Property was newly renovated, well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. The hot tub was in a lovely fenced in back yard, with twinkle lights and overhead lighting as well. The property owner Eric was so helpful and wonderful to us. The boat dock is around the corner from home but, he took time to take us and show us parking and where to dock the boat. Would highly recommend this property and owner.

Nice place to stay

Needed somewhere close to my parents and that allowed dogs. This property fit the bill. Easy check in, just check in, great communication with owner. Nicely remodeled Two things though, no overhead fans in bedrooms and the master bedroom can get a little warm. the second is even though it is a fenced in yard for the dogs, the fence and the ground do not meet in some places, just due the grading of the property. so if you have a smaller pup you will have to keep them on a leash as they can get out under the fence.

Too Little Information

Great general unit but needs owner needs to rethink some of the issues.There should be instructions for the Hot tub....took us over 24 hrs. to figure out how to warm up. so lost a day using it.also need to have some extra supplies so that we could have kept up with our own mess----more than one garbage bag, laundrey detergent so that we could have put in the sheets/towels before we left.MB fan-----knocking-very uncomfortable using the facilitiy with the loud knocking which everyone in the unit could hear.Instructions on the use of the TV. remember there are some of us who stay who are older and need some insight.A 3 ring binder with all of these issues discussed would be helpful---also local restaurants, places of interests would have been helpful. Luckily, My Jungle Gardens was the reason we were visiting.We had a great time. The unit was clean, we ate out so the kitchen was more than useful.Thank you, Mary Beth Moss-Super Nana

The house was nicely remodeled and clean on the surface. Unfortunately, as we pulled into the driveway the trash can was at the corner and overflowing with trash from previous tenants. Upon entering the home there was a very strong smell in the house that ultimately led to us checking out early. We arrived at 4 pm on Friday and were out of the house by 8 am the following morning. The main reason for booking this home was for the hot tub, which we were unable to use due to it not being clean. There was a ring of dirt around the inside of the tub and shells at the bottom. There was no skimmer or anything to clean it with. We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to utilizing the tub. We discovered the air filter had not been changed in quite some time and could have contributed to the overwhelming smell in the home. The host was very responsive; however, upon telling the host our concerns they did not offer a partial refund or apology. The house is nice but didn't work out for us. Disappointed in what we received for the amount of money paid. Will not return to this particular property. Have several pictures for reference.
