Very Nice

The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was very close to the Ark. There was a cute cat that came around that my son enjoyed petting. 100% would recommend.

Great little family house for ark exploration

Excellent base for the ark and also for the creation museum. Not a lot of accomodations for bathing or cooking as far as soap and spices go. We enjoyed the house and had a very comfortable stay. We don't live near trains so the three year old had a great time waving at every one that passes.

The area was easy to get around looking for stores but the continuing trains that came through was disturbing. In a one night stay o counted at least 4 trains that ran by in the night

We didn’t like the train track. The property itself was great, but could use a handrail to the front door & more towel racks in bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked & nice!

The place was as described and was clean and welcoming. The GPS brought us to the backside of the house so was confusing, but that is not the fault of the host. The checkout time of 9AM was a little disappointing. In my prior experiences at other VRBOs the checkout time was a bit later, at 11:00 AM. That was my fault for not noticing the early checkout when I made the booking. Felt a bit rushed to coordinate 5 people to be able to get out in time, so didn’t have time to cook up a good breakfast before leaving. Not the worst that that could have happened, but a later checkout would have made the morning more pleasant.Otherwise a good weekend stay.

The bedrooms' decore was awesome and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our food. The keurig didn't work, but thank goodness there was a coffee pot available. I need my morning coffee! Check In was easy and the host responded to my question quickly. It was so nice to be so close to the Ark.

Tina, host, was amazing!! She stayed in touch with me during our entire stay. We even got to meet the property owners while we were there. Everyone was so kind. House was stocked nicely. Beds slept so well, I even ordered mattress to be waiting on me for my house when I get home! Great place and will definitely be staying here again!! 10/10 recommend!!!

The host was great. She communicated well before and during our stay. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were extra blankets in the closets and games, which I found really nice. I didn't like the Glade air fresheners all over. I'm just not a fan of chemical scents.
