This was a great place to stay!! The house was wonderful with only one drawback....there was no storage for our clothes so we had to lay everything out on the other beds. Also, there were no coffee tables or anything to set our drinks on while being in the living room. Other than that, it was really good! I will also add to anyone planning a trip to the ark...there is nothing else to do here so it was a bit boring for us. I suggest you plan your trip around other things you are doing.

We really enjoyed our trip to the Ark staying at this house. The kids loved the games and tv in the basement and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Host comm was very good. Quickly responded to some concerns we had and also said that he would address some more that we discovered. Nice spot. Close to ark encounter and the little town for some good eats.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great being so close to the Ark and Creation museum. Peter was a great host and was very prompt in responding with any questions that we had.

This was a great property for the time we had at the ark encounter. The rooms were enough. It was difficult to share the one bedroom but that was not something I was thinking about. I was disappointed with the retro arcade unit that really didn't work well. It was well stocked and even had snacks and coffee which was so nice. My best friend saw a deer out the back window while drinking coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a perfect day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Peter was always very quick in responding to questions. Very easy in and out. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes that we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend this place.

We had the best time in our short stay here. It's perfect for young kids, but also great for all adults. If you're going to the Ark, or just passing through, this is the place for you!

Did a great job with house cleanliness and the snacks were very welcoming! Felt just like someone invited me into their home. Did have an issue with wifi and the tvs working properly but were very accomodating with fixing that issue as well.
