Welcome to Casa Sun & Serenity, a whole new level of living in Playa Grande! Two separate private homes combined to frame the garden and pool and common areas creating exquisite living spaces with 2 complete full kitchens and living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, including a private yoga / work out area, and exterior BBQ area.
NOTE - Construction of this is home is in the final stage with completion scheduled for Jan 20, updated photos will be added after January 20, 2024.

Wonderful property
We had 3 families that stayed in both Casa Sun and Casa Serenity. The rooms and common areas were fantastic. The pool was perfect for the kids as well. We had a golf cart which made it easy to get around but if you are staying in town you may not even need one. Super close to the beach. Raquel was the best and was so sweet and helpful during out stay.

Gorgeous property steps from beautiful beack
We recently stayed at the property with another family. It was an absolute wonderful experience. Everyone had their own bed/bathroom. The living spaces (both indoor and outdoor) were comfy and very functional for our two families with kids, and the kitchen was well appointed. Having a pool was key and even though it is not huge, we were all able to hanout and swim. Raquel was on site to help with any detail we needed. Steps from a beautiful beach with plenty of room to stroll, surf and boogie board. There are a few cute restaurants and shops up the road. If you are looking for a lot of activity you will need a car to get around, but if you are looking for peace and tranquility with few to no tourists book here with Trevor.Will be back!
