Beautiful Island

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in the condo that perfectly suited our needs. Great location and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the condo it was very nice. The remote was hard to figure out and the couch was uncomfortable but everything else was wonderful especially the view! Would definitely stay here again

Everything was as advertised - location, time to beach (1 min), clean condo...quick and easy check-in, reliable Wi-Fi, good beach chairs /umbrella.

Fantastic Stay

Very comfortable and clean. The beach access was fantastic, the beach and the area wasn’t too busy due to the beginning of the off season but the local businesses were open and great. Very friendly area. We would stay again.

Captiva get away

considering all the damage to the island we were very happy with the condition of the property and the elevator was repaired on our second day of our trip which was helpful for my wife as she stuggles with stairs.

Great Stay

Easy check in. Great views from condo. Easy walk/access to the beach. Very relaxed vibe. Wonderfull shelling experience. Cute neighborhood. Would return again and recommend to family and friends.

Relaxing paradise

We came for a long weekend to relax on the water, and this property did not disappoint! We especially appreciated the communication with the owner, who was very accommodating and prompt to answer our questions. Thank you, Cat!

Nice beach place

The condo was nice with all the basics but not a lot of extras. It wa right on the beach. There was a nice schemed in patio. There was a lot of hurricane recovery construction in process. The beach was nice with a lot of shells. There were a handful of restaurants open on the island, loved the live music at RC Otters

The condo was very comfortable! The pictures and description were accurate. Kitchen was more than equipped. We have never had a VRBO kitchen with as many cooking accessories. We enjoyed the screen porch every evening! So close to many restaurants and shops! Will definitely come again!

Nice location in South Seas Resort but renter beware

Overall the unit was clean and inside amenities were as detailed. The view from the balcony is excellent. The AC was not working upon arrival but the problem was resolved within 3 hours. However we were very disappointed to learn we were not considered guests of the South Seas Resort. Each property owner has the option to purchase resort amenities and this is not included with this unit. This means no access to the bayside pool area and restaurants located inside South Seas Resort. This is not mentioned in the property details. One would naturally assume all guests at South Seas would have access to the entire resort. Luckily this unit is located within 20 minutes walking distance to all stores and restaurants in town.

We had a fabulous vacation in South Seas. Communication was excellent with every message answered quickly. Nice & clean, perfect size for us. It was stocked with supplies to get us up & running quickly. Would highly recommend our host and South Seas for your next trip.

We had an amazing time! The condo was very clean! Perfect size for a couple getting away to relax! Loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning and evening! The host was amazing reached out a few times to make sure everything was going good! Pool and beach very nice!! Loved that it was with in walking distance to a lot of fun places!
