Sundial B306--Direct Beachview, Newly Renovated, Steps to Beach
Newly renovated Sundial B306 unit Sunsanibel has a direct oceanview complete with sliding glass doors to screened lanai that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. B306 was completely renovated and refurnished in 2025 with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, plank tile throughout (no carpeting). Furnishings replaced in 2025 Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 smart TVs, free wifi, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, & wagon for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc. High chair available for our younger guests. Keyless entry--no running around to pick-up keys! Pool open and all construction completed.
More favorable rates are weekly Sat. to Sat. This is a separate property from the adjoining Sundial Resort and rates are significantly lower.
Also available is B307, 1-bedroom (sleeps 4)--next door VRBO #79271 and Sundial F401,2-bedroom/2 bath, beachfront with wrap around balcony VRBO #200967.
The Sundial offers, 1/2 mi. of uncrowded beach, condo pool, BBQ grills, free wireless internet, and shuffleboard . Great property. Beach views and very easy access to the beach. Storage locker on main floor had wagon, chairs and some sand toys to play with. The shells on the beach are insane. I found a horse conch over 12" long! Timing for shelling was just right with a storm the day before.

The condo was well kept and the view was beautiful. The provided beach items were awesome and there were fishing rods as well, we picked up another and a few tackle items to add to the collection and caught some nice fish from the surf.

And because I have a honest review. The owner gave me a bad review. Please the place is full of ants. And random people the owner calls just shows up. Would not recommend

Guest reviews are not revealed to host until after host rates guest. You also objected to house rules. Sorry you had so many complaints. This rating is not consistent with the other 100 reviews from other guests. I responded to all your complaints and sent my handyman the next morning to deal with ants. He reported open food in condo, which will attract ants.

Thank you for review. Sorry the washer stopped working. When serviceman came, he found 4 items of clothing in the front panel that was caused by overloading the machine.

Our entire stay was wonderful!
We had a fabulous five days staying here. The condo was cleaner than we could have imagined and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach getaway. Candy was available for anything we needed and it made our whole stay very enjoying. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing we will definitely return soon. The beach view every single day was very special and soothing my husband and I didn't want to leave. We had a very relaxing week my birthday in Friday September 26 was the best I ever had.

Sanibel
Our family had a great time at Sanibel!! Everything was as advertised…the property was beautiful and so was the view. Candy was easy to communicate with and we would love to stay here again. The area is very pretty and the beaches were perfect.

Easy rental process through VRBO. Good follow up communication with Candy.

Great Vacation!
We had a Great Vacation at the Sundial at Sanibel Island. Perfect condo for a family of 5. The sea shells were unbelievable. The most relaxing vacation our family has ever taken. We will be back.

Fantastic first trip to Sanibel
The property is in a beautiful location. The condo was furnished with everything we would need and the owner was so kind, and it was easy to communicate her. We will be back!

I am a retired teacher and am currently a realtor in Michigan. My primary residence in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but I am grateful to spend the winters on Sanibel Island. My son started coming to the Sundial when he was 7 and continues to enjoy it with his family today. I have served on a panel at the Homeaway Summit (VRBO) in 2015 as an expert host. Hurricane Ian in 2022 dealt quite a blow, but I am pleased to announced reopening in February, 2025.
