Had a great time. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was beautiful and very close to everything. Would recommend to families.

This was our first vacation with our 10 month old and extended family. This place was perfect. From the beautiful place, plenty of room and AMAZING pool. My husband couldn't stop saying how awesome it was, which was a win. Loved how close it was to the parks and downtown. We defenitley will be back.

Host was great and quick to communicate! The condo was beautiful with ample parking! The pool and hot tub were a blast and i think the kids loved that most!

Gorgeous pool area and plenty of views

The place was clean and seemed brand new. Great space and great bathrooms, kitchen was a delight, fully appointed.

Great place to unwind

We got in a bit late on a Friday check in was simple. Had a full day Saturday once we got back we used one of the community grills cooked dinner and then soaked in one of the two hot tubs that are next to the pool. The place had the amenities that we need to cook our meals and relax.

Moab Getaway

We booked this condo just a few days in advance. All communications with the property manager were quick, clear and overall excellent. Condo was great size and comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Only recommendation is to have a kitchen sponge/scrubby available for renters. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Family Getaway.

The property was just as we remembered the complex. The management team was great. Our daughter had a softball game put on her schedule unexpectedly and the manager moved us to a different unit to accommodate the change. We were so thankful. We had a sink back up and the maintenance guy was the most cheerful one we have ever seen. He was at our unit within 10 min of calling and quickly fixed the issue cleaning up after himself.

This place was okay, but I wouldn’t book it again. The master bedroom backs up to the highway (noisy) and the bed is awful (overly soft and lumpy with baggy sheets). It’s a downstairs unit and you can really hear people above (kids were running around 24/7) because of the plank flooring. Towels had holes. It was so sparsely stocked, we literally had to go back to the store to buy basics like salt and pepper. We booked this place for the pool, but unfortunately one side was roped off and drained the entire time with no signs of reopening. That made the rest of the pool area too crowded to enjoy. Finally, it’s disappointing that the condo doesn’t have recycling bins. We were there to enjoy the national parks and this place doesnt align with an appreciation for the environment.

As noted in the listing details, the condo is located in an area where some ambient road and neighboring unit noise can occasionally be experienced, as is common in multi-level condo communities. We understand that comfort preferences, including mattress firmness, can vary from guest to guest, and we appreciate the feedback regarding the linens and towels as we continue to maintain and update the home. Regarding supplies, we provide the starter essentials outlined in the listing, though we appreciate the suggestion for additional kitchen basics. At the time of your stay, the smaller pool was temporarily closed for HOA-managed maintenance, while the larger pool remained fully open and available for guest use. We understand this may not have been the experience you had hoped for and appreciate your understanding. We also appreciate your comments regarding recycling and sustainability. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the overall guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts.
