This property is clean, quite, in a good location within the complex and there's ample parking. It has a great floorplan, the kitchen and family room are pleasant, the bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The host is nice and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect for what we wanted to do. Well, stocked kitchen and a nice little garage to store our bikes. Even played a couple rounds at the local course; recommended if you're a golfer! We will be back.

Easy to get to and just a few minutes into Moab. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean and it was nice to have plenty of soap, toilet paper, paper towels. etc. We enjoyed our stay there.

The condo was conveniently located in Moab. We had a small issue upon arrival and the host immediately responded and helped to resolve the issue. The property was immaculate and comfortable.

The host communicated adequately and the unit was as advertised/pictured so that’s always nice. We only used the master bedroom on the first floor and the bed was comfortable which is very important after a long day of hiking. It would have been nice to have closet or ceiling fan in the master like the upstairs bedrooms had, but there was a portable fan you could plug in so that’s appreciated. The master bedroom had luggage rack and good floor space so plenty of room to spread out our things.The unit could have been a little cleaner… even my husband commented on it and he isn’t as picky as I am so I was surprised he said anything. For example, there were dark hairs on the bathroom floor when we checked in that couldn’t have been ours. And crumbs in the kitchen on the counter and under toaster (that we didn’t use). I happened to notice when sitting at the table and we opened the curtains and the light hit the counter just right so I wiped it up.All in all, this is our 2nd trip to Moab and we plan to come back again someday, and we’d keep this property on our list of places to evaluate for next time.

The property was comfortable in a quiet area with a short drive to Moab. Great home base for Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was stocked with adequate cooking equipment and drip coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The house was tidy but would suggest a deep cleaning soon especially in the kitchen and patio areas. There was an overpowering air freshener smell upon arrival. Overall a good experience.

Great stay near Moab

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay about 10 minutes south of Moab. We'll stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed and within easy drive to Moab and national parks while also being quiet. Loads of fun birds to watch while enjoying am coffee on the patio or evening drinks.

Weekend getaway with family

This condo was the perfect spot to come explore Moab. I loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous views. The kids loved having the pool access and it was a perfect setup for our family.
