Clean and beautiful place. Great sunrises from the balcony. The gentleman who takes care of outside was wonderful too. The host was there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place. Also close to everything.

The Bermuda room 3030 was fantastic. Would stay again. Just need a golf cart and it would have been perfect.

Great place close to downtown

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This the 3rd time we have stayed in Pelican Landing. The location is perfect but Key west is loud and you do hear all the chaos even away from downtown!

Clean and well equipped. There is a bar restaurant next door that plays music outdoors until 11pm. Worth noting if you would wish to sleep earlier. Nice to have a pool at end of day though we never saw anyone check chemicals or for bacteria.Uber drivers quick to respond.

It was a great location, if it wasn’t so hot we could have walked to most things. Everything we wanted to see was within a mile or so of the condo. The only real negative was the parking lot and it probably won’t be an issue by November, they are building a dock behind the building, so 25% of the parking spots were either roped off or taken up by a crane or a truck and trailer. It’s a small lot to begin with and this made it difficult to maneuver in and out of parking spots. The place is exactly as it’s advertised. Communication was great, polite and timely.

The pool area was very nice n the balcony area was spacious. The condo needed some paint touch ups n lamp upgrades. We found the dishwasher full of dirty dishes n a dirty rag on the counter by the stove. The condo was roomy n good for 2 families. Just too far to walk to restaurants n bars n shopping as well as tourist sites.

Reviewer Comments: We were given 2 different sets of information about where to park our truck and trailer and the phone number that was given was after hours number and it says to leave a message and you couldn't. I was given help by someone who worked for key time rental who was extremely helpful and polite but when he called Jessica she was rude to him and called me back with the same attitude and I was told that I was not told I could park my trailer at the marina. I will not stay with this company ever again due to the attitude and inability to help
