The unit was great. The management company and the resort itself could do better. It is not family friendly. Pool is sunrise to sunset so they literally make you get out at 7pm. People give you dirty looks if you make any noise, and complain. If you are an older couple or just want peace and quiet this is your place. If you have children stay elsewhere.

Our stay at 1800 Atlantic in Key West was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with an incredible view overlooking Smathers Beach. Waking up to the ocean every morning was unforgettable. The location was perfect — close to everything while still peaceful and quiet. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The room was the perfect size for four woman and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Communication was easy before and during stay. The pool was very nice with few kids. We'll be back.

Fantastic spot for family vacation.

We picked this resort because of the ease of access to beach & pool. Easy to uber to downtown, enjoyed all the nightlife without the noise. Room has a fantastic view.

Great place for our family!

The place is very clean and roomy for our family of five. We loved the porch and the nice size kitchen for prepping lunch and dinner. We had everything we needed! We would stay here again.

Key West Condo on the Beach

The condo was everything we were looking for while we stayed in Key West. Great located with walking distance to Smathers Beach. The patio had a great view of the Sunset. Would stay again.

We felt some of the furniture could have been a bit more up-to-date, including bedding and linens. We expected the decor to be a bit fresher and that dishes, cups and glasses would be in matched sets. Having stayed in a number of other VRBO’s, this one seemed to be a bit mediocre—especially for the price we paid.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We will certainly address the linens and bedding. The owners purchased new living room and master bedroom furniture a little over 2 years ago so I am surprised about the comment regarding the furniture. It is priced competitively for the most expensive time of the year.

Perfect Respite from Key West Nightlife!

Beautiful property and grounds … we were visiting Key West for a weekend of music at the Green Parrot and Lobster Fest! This properly provided the perfect balance .. tranquility during the day .. easy Uber / golf cart ride to the party and night life in town!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed coming back to condo and relaxing, making dinner, and swimming, and grandma stayed back on evenings when we went back to town for dinner or for an evening in town! Only complaint was the construction noise and blocked views.

The hot tub was cold. It would have been nice to have a map of the property. My poor old dad had to walk all the way down the hall, then all the way back to the pool... Until we found the shortcut. Property could use some electricity for the go-karts. None in the garage and the one outside didn't work. It was a nice place don't get me wrong, but for the price it had hiccups.
