- This home comes with one off-street parking spot, and you’ll find additional, non-metered parking on both Hall and Price Streets.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is overflowing with historic charm, including original hardwood floors, decorative fireplaces, crown molding, and pocket doors. You’ll feel as if you have your own private window to the past, all while enjoying the home’s modern luxuries.

The spacious downstairs living room has warm wood accents and plenty of seating, including a full-size sleeper sofa. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal in the recently renovated kitchen, which features gorgeous Carrara marble countertops, subway tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The elegant adjoining dining room has seating for eight, perfect for family gatherings.

At the end of a day of exploring Savannah, relax in one of the three upstairs bedrooms. The primary suite has a California king-size bed and en suite bathroom with an oversized, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an ornamental hearth, and a view of East Hall Street below. The third bedroom has a king bed, and can be accessed either from the second bedroom or the hallway. The shared second full bath has beautiful dark wood shutters, bead board paneling, a pedestal sink and a claw foot tub with shower.

Savannah’s top eateries, including 700 Drayton and Clary’s, are just a short walk away from Phillips House. Stop in Mate Factor for organic coffee, maté teas, and some house made pastries before continuing on your way to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space and a popular spot for events, festivals, and weddings. The house is lovely. We enjoyed our stay in Savannah with 3 generations of our family. There was great communication and the ease of check in check out was seamless. There was ample parking for our family (two vehicles). Street parking was plentiful. Having a grocery store within a short walk was great!

Very comfortable and fantastic location

Took my older Girl Scout Troop to visit Savannah. This house is perfectly situated - in easy walking distance around the historic district, plus a Kroger's and cute cafe just minutes away. The house was very comfortable for group of 7 and had great historic charm.

The home was clean. The location was excellent. The home was near Kroger, a park, and many landmarks in the Savannah area. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and clean. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely Savannah Property

Wonderful location and property. We loved the convenience to Forsyth Park and proximity to the historic area. The property is well maintained and the beds are comfortable although the twin beds were creaky.

Very Charming

This place was great! The property manager was easy to communicate with and very attentive which made the trip smoother. The property was historic, charming, and a perfect way to spend a weekend in Savannah!

Convenient to Forsyth Park

Being close to Forsyth Park was a perk. The corner restaurant is delightful and we enjoyed many meals there. The convenience of Krogers two blocks away was also wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The spacious and cozy home was perfect for my family of 5, making us feel right at home.It was super convenient to have a grocery store nearby, so we could easily grab snacks whenever we wanted. The local coffee shop just around the corner was a gem. Plus, getting in and out was a breeze, and the off-street parking was a huge bonus!

Great location

We really enjoyed this property. It was very comfortable for three couples. It was decorated very nicely and was clean! Communication with management company was very easy and pleasant. Parking space was appreciated.
