This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is overflowing with historic charm, including original hardwood floors, decorative fireplaces, crown molding, and pocket doors. You’ll feel as if you have your own private window to the past, all while enjoying the home’s modern luxuries.

The spacious downstairs living room has warm wood accents and plenty of seating, including a full-size sleeper sofa. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal in the recently renovated kitchen, which features gorgeous Carrara marble countertops, subway tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The elegant adjoining dining room has seating for eight, perfect for family gatherings.

At the end of a day of exploring Savannah, relax in one of the three upstairs bedrooms. The primary suite has a California king-size bed and en suite bathroom with an oversized, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an ornamental hearth, and a view of East Hall Street below. The third bedroom has a king bed, and can be accessed either from the second bedroom or the hallway. The shared second full bath has beautiful dark wood shutters, bead board paneling, a pedestal sink and a claw foot tub with shower.

Savannah’s top eateries, including 700 Drayton and Clary’s, are just a short walk away from Phillips House. Stop in Mate Factor for organic coffee, maté teas, and some house made pastries before continuing on your way to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space and a popular spot for events, festivals, and weddings. Lovely Savannah Property

Wonderful location and property. We loved the convenience to Forsyth Park and proximity to the historic area. The property is well maintained and the beds are comfortable although the twin beds were creaky.

Great family experience

Property worked great for our family. It is walking distance to all of downtown. Groceries and bakery are right around the corner.

Perfect

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was the best! Coffee shop around the corner with Kroger across the street and a short walk to Forsythe Park. The one car off-street parking was a plus. The home was amazing with 3 bedrooms (the twin beds in one room was great), 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the first floor. The home had everything we needed. There were many joggers and walkers in the safe neighborhood. This property was perfect for the 4 of us good old friends!

We had a good time. The house was comfortable and clean. One communication lapse caused us some concern. We would probably look elsewhere in the future.

Perfect location - great house

Wonderful house in a perfect location to enjoy Savannah. Very very clean and wells stocked. Great communication from the owners. Some complain about road noise in the evenings but it’s really a non-issue. If you want perfect quiet then rent a house out in the country. Beds were comfortable and decent space for everyone in the family room. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect house

So much good to say! Very beautiful historic house. In amongst historic homes. Very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was in a fantastic location walking distance to so much. There was ample free parking close to the house. The ONLY complaint is the house was on the corner of a busy street, with night time traffic. But the house and location made up for that. Would love to stay here again

Very Charming

Great location

We really enjoyed this property. It was very comfortable for three couples. It was decorated very nicely and was clean! Communication with management company was very easy and pleasant. Parking space was appreciated.

Taking daughter to College

My parents and my family of four stayed at this beautiful house. Close to the comforts of the grocery store, the park, and a quiet area. The walks around town were not bad, even for my parents li go to retirement. We all enjoyed the home as we took our daughter to College. Certainly a nice place to stay with extended family.

Wedding Trip

We came for our daughters wedding. It was fantastic to have a house near the venue where we could relax and enjoy ourselves and host family traveling to the wedding. Lovely neighborhood, didn’t have any trouble with parking and the property was clean and well maintained. If I have to go again I would definitely chose this spot again.

Adult family vacation

Great location!! Table needs leg tightened, twin beds are REALLY squeaky, which made sleeping there & in adjoining bedroom hard to sleep! Was also a shooting a couple blocks away one night, & a SWAT team in a house 2 away from us the last day we were there with a high speed chase & having to enter house to get suspect. Price is a bit noisy with traffic also.

Overall a wonderful home, location, and rental experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of friends stayed here in early December 2021 and found the home to be charming, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a convenient location in historic Savannah and walkable to conveniences like Kroger/Starbucks/cafes, plus also Forsyth Park and other spots of interest. The parking spot is also convenient, and Lucky Savannah was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Carter Family Reunion

We spent 4 great days in Savannah celebrating our Family Reunion. Members of our large family stayed in various locations including hotels and B&Bs. My wife and I picked this location for us my son, daughter in law and grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay and trip. We will definitely try to stay here again loved every minute except note below. The only problem we experienced was related to actual check in. 1. Check is for after 4PM and if you arrive @5PM no advance information that access door and entry was on the side street to rear of property was provided. But after a few calls and txt messages we found the keyed entry door and from then on it was smooth sailing.

Great stay

We were 5 ladies looking for a place walking distance to Forsyth park and that had enough beds for everyone. This fit the bill perfectly. It was also great to have 3 bathrooms! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy (even though the twins are really high and I needed a stool to get into it) and the decor was fabulous. It was a very quiet location, but close enough to everything you need. A quick Uber during the day or the downtowner at night and you are at the river or any site you wanted to see. But we often walked too, as the houses in Savannah are exquisite. We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Philips House

Process was easy. Fees add up so listed price is much lower than actual cost. Location was great. Old home with not much renovation. No big room for 8 to gather. Retrofitted shower in main bath is poorly done so figure on bathing. There is a good shower off of one bedroom. Good parking situation. Very convenient location.
