Despite the atrocious weather, we had a wonderful stay while visiting our son at Webb Institute.The unit is bright, clean, and the most well-appointed property we’ve ever visited. It made our stay so much easier, allowing us to cook light meals, do a load of laundry, and stay cozy and dry throughout a 3-day nor'easter. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and dark, so we slept wonderfully.We also loved having ample room to socialize and entertain with the two distinct lounge areas and well-appointed kitchen and dining space. While the weather didn't permit us to use it, the outdoor living space was great. We especially appreciated your accommodation of my service dog, including the provided dog bowls.Overall, it is a comfortable, convenient, and ideal property for families that significantly contributed to our enjoyment of our first college family weekend. We highly recommend your place and hope to return.

We had another great stay. This was our second time renting and everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the walk to the train made getting into the city very easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this cozy place.

We booked our stay for graduation at Long Island University’s Post campus. It was very convenient for this location. There is a grocery store near by. We had a great Italian dinner from Umberto’s with plenty of left overs. We also took the train from Glen Head into the city for dinner and a Broadway show. It is very convenient for the LIRR. The beds were very comfortable- slept great. I would definitely stay again.

Clean house. comfortable beds. Very quiet. Slept with widows open. One toilet and sink in upstairs room with king bed. No shower. It is in small bathroom downstairs so it was adequate but with four adults and one child…..200 cleaning fee and we were reminded to Wash any dishes we used.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Stay Close to NYC!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to public transit and all the attractions we wanted to visit in New York City. The backyard was a great bonus, and our dogs absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to explore and relax, making the stay enjoyable for the whole family.

Clean and comfortable

Clean property, spacious and accommodating. Very cute residential neighborhood. Good communication with the proprietor, everything was clear and easy. Great fenced-in yard with private driveway, two televisions, and a Keurig coffee machine. Hope for a return visit!

Sparkling Clean

The house was sparkling clean. I spilled some water & when I wiped it up, the paper towel was clean- no dirt! Backyard & decks were perfect for hanging out on a sunny afternoon. S

Disappointing

Very dissatisfied with stay especially once you factor in the cost. A few issues with the stay:1) Property was not very clean and there were dead bugs, spiders, and ants all over the house and in the bathtub. I brought this issue to the host who did promptly respond and said that housekeeping would come; however, housekeeping did not actually clean the home again. Someone came to spray some pesticides. There is also an odor to the home.2) More of an FYI, but there is no central air.3) The listing states a 50 pet fee but we were actually charged 150. The yard is not very pet friendly as there is a huge gap in the fence. Would not return.
