The Space:

*2 bedrooms/1 bath apartment

*2 queen beds

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 50lbs with pet fee. Pet fee is $89 per pet.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

Our condo was very nice, clean, comfortable Very close to the beach, near by any store if need it. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a small issue with an appliance but other than that the place was spacious and clean. Just a minute walk to the beach. The only downfall was it wasn't the greatest part of town.

Amazing host! Fantastic communication from the beginning. On day one the keurig was working. The host sent a brand new one to the house by noon. Highly recommend! :)

Great stay! Host does communicate with you, but only through text.I would say, Check-In was only slightly confusing because of the house layout but we found our way.As for the cleanliness, it is okay but I think a rating of 8.2 would be more accurate but it was good!Finally, the freezer did not work so we had to throw out a lot more than anticipated.Beds were comfortable!Not sure if we would come again, but a very clear-cut and honest stay! The area is a bit dangerous though… so be careful!

This was a great vacation for us. The apartment wawellequiped withall the basic necessities. Shops and restaurants are nearby and the area is quiet and safe. We stayed for 8 days and I was sad to leave. The beach was so close and near the beach we found shops and places to eat. Shop owners were so accommodating and friendly. The best to mention is the host. Emily is friendly, reliable, caring, readily available, and dependable. She had a maintenance serviceman fix our TV within a blink of an eye.....at night! This is more than amazing. She's a 10/10.

The experience was great and so thankful to have a place where my fur baby was welcomed and had a fenced in yard! The host always messaged back when I had any questions. I had one situation that was not the hosts fault but they tried to help to the best of their ability. I would definitely book again. I give 5 stars but would suggest not having the unit so cold as every couple hours had to bump it up as a temporary hold due to shivering (but hey that meant the ac unit was working fantastic in this southern heat), the water pressure for the shower was lacking but maybe could be do to style of shower head, and parking with a longer vehicle had difficulties as certain spots my vehicle could not fit into without being in the road. These are definitely not major and lack I said above the host was great and communicative throughout my whole stay and definitely made my stay better due to this!

The air conditioning is set to maintain the home within a certain temperature range to help protect the HVAC system during the hot summer months, but I’m glad to hear it kept the home cool. I’ll also keep your comments regarding the shower pressure in mind as I continue making improvements. Regarding parking, the spaces are standard-sized, so larger vehicles may find maneuvering a bit more challenging. I appreciate you pointing this out for future guests.
