The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 per month utility fee deposit is required at time of signing the agreement.

Outdoor: 
It is almost guaranteed that you will fall in love with this private oasis where you feel like you have your own resort. Swim the days away in the refreshing pool where you can swim laps or lounge out in the heated spa. Catch some sun-rays on one of seven lounge chairs where you can watch the kids enjoy the pool and grass area. Your meals can be prepared one of two built-in barbecue grills. This backyard features a charcoal grill, a natural gas barbecue, and bar height seating for four. Al fresco dining and seating for six are available under the pergola with two ceiling fans, providing plenty of shade. Play a friendly game of Classic Bean Bag Toss, or head over to the garage, where you will find a game of darts and a ping-pong table. A Tesla charge is also available in the two-car garage. After the kids are tucked away for the night, grab your favorite cocktail and cheese board to enjoy around the natural gas fire pit. 

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 70-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for six. Enjoy the lounge area with seating for four and a view. Grab your favorite wine and a good book to enjoy this extra space. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located at the end of the hallway and features a King-sized Bed, 56-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and two reach-in closets with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 is located next to Master Suite 1 and features two Twin-sized Beds, a 56-inch LG Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located to the left of the dining room and features a King-sized Bed, 56-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located near the living room and features a King-sized Bed, 56-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. 

The hallway bathroom is located across from Bedroom 3 and features a tile shower, and two vanity sinks.
