This was a fantastic home!! The layout was wonderful for our large family and we appreciated the proximity to the beach and town. Really loved this location!

The house was comfy, clean, and roomy. The only issue was the indoor stair steps. The steps had cracks that were a bit of a safety concern going up and down the stairs but other than that everything was great. Kitchen was stocked and there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfy and we absolutely love the view from the 3rd floor. Also, make sure to bring laundry pods for the washers. We enjoyed our stay over all.

Upon arrival to the house we discovered that it was not cleaned. Cleaning crew arrived and “cleaned” the house in 45 minutes, which I’m not sure could have been done in that time. At first glance we noticed doors, counters, beer cans outside on patio/yard, the refrigerator was not cleaned, and the house had a sour smell. We purchased cleaning supplies at the store to wipe down surfaces. After the first night, we noticed the grill and patio furniture were very rusted and not usable. The pictures online do not represent the actual appearance. Parking is very limited and small. Our two vehicles barely fit in the driveway. All passengers had to exit the car before backing in vehicles or they could not get out of the car.

The house was really nice. You need to understand that if you rent this place you're going to have to pack up and drive to a local access beach which is about 3 to 5 minutes away and cost you a public beach pass. The back porch table that was falling apart/rusted and the grill is a joke. We showed up and there were beer cans in the backyard and some of the things in the house were broken. The two-story house is very beautiful and accommodated all of us. Not sure I would ever stay here again due to the price, the issues with the house, the very tight parking space and there not being direct beach access. Also, communication with support was lackluster. Don't expect for them to respond to you immediately.
