Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer San Simeon 1498. A cute and comfortable townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms is the exact space you need! Just walk out the back door and across the street and head straight to the public beach access.
On the main level, you will find the kitchen, open living and dining area and a half bath. The dining room table seats 4 and the kitchen table - perfect for morning coffee - seats two! Early evenings, you'll definitely want to sit outside on the nice back deck with plenty of room to discuss the day! There is even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (one has a tub/shower combination and the other has a walk-in shower) and the laundry room. The third level has the the master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower.
This spacious townhome comes with 2 parking spots in front of the unit. The San Simeon community also has a pool for days when you don't feel like going to the beach.
NOTE: Fireplace is decretive only.
NOTE: Only two cars are allowed per townhome.
NOTE: San Simeon 1498 is available for weekly or monthly rentals.
