Perfect beach condo just minutes from the beach! Everything about the house is great for our family/ grandparents to vacation together. Everyone loved the king size beds and bathrooms in each room. Spacious enough to spread out. Host was quick with responding to questions. Perfect spot, it’s our second year staying and we plan to stay again next year!

We are leaving your place and want to comment that it was beautiful! Better than we imagined, a wonderful stay. The condo is well equipped, gorgeous, comfortable, luxurious…everything you’d want in a beach stay! There was one chair at the head of the table that the leg is about to fall off, just needs a repair. It’s a risk to you. We just set it aside. Other than that, we might suggest that you put more pictures on your website and advertise the ping-pong table. I think your condo would rent continually if people saw how great it was. Thank you for hosting us. We have enjoyed our Saint Simon’s visit!!!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was a very short walk to the beach. The 3 king bedrooms with private baths were wonderful for our family trip. Sue communicated well with us and thought of so many extras in the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked and the porch was fantastic. We have already booked again for next year.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! Well stocked, three comfortable king beds all with ensuite baths. A great location- quick walk to the beach, the village and lots of great restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner Sue. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great vacation!

This property was actually even better than the photos suggested. We loved the location and the very short walk to the beach and dining. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice appliances and cookware. We would definitely stay here again!

Pre-wedding visit

This is a great place to stay! Wish we could have stayed longer :) Very comfy and roomy. Loved having the beach chairs, wagon and toys for kids. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were stellar. We really enjoyed our stay and our experience here. Very peaceful environment! Definitely would come back for another visit!

We purchased the villa after looking in St. Simons for over a year. We then spent about three months furnishing it and decorating it and now would like to share it with others who love the Island and the Beach. We enjoy it on an occasional weekend (we only live about an hour in a half away). It is such a laid back, relaxing place to visit. You will love it!

It is a place where our families love to share with others who love the charming and slower way of life on the Island. Family time is so important as well as the need to escape from the hectic real world.. to relax and rejuvinate! We insist!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Beach-going is a way of life on St. Simons Island. The ambient climate allows year-round enjoyment, so pick your pleasure: surfing, shelling, sunbathing, jogging, picnicing, fishing, bird watching, volleyball, biking, kayaking or swimming. There are a number of tours such as nature, driving and ghost tours available. There is also over a dozen art galleries in the downtown district that you will enjoy exploring. Drive to the north end of St. Simons Island and visit 1884 Christ Church, located on Frederica Road. Also visit the Epworth by the Sea Christian Conference Center, built in 1880, and the eighteenth-century Fort Frederica National Monument, which also has an interesting museum shop. Visit the 1872 St. Simons lighthouse and museum located in the center of the island. Climb its 129 steps to the top for a spectacular view of Jekyll Island and neighboring islands.
