Wonderful home base for a trip to SSI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house! We were a group of 6 with three teens. The bedrooms were set up really conveniently and I loved the 3 full baths and the extra half downstairs. Beds were comfy and dark. Everyone slept well. The location was great for beach access and marsh views. Parking was a bit tight and I wouldn’t recommend 3 cars. Host rental company and staff were easy to work with and quick to respond.

SSI Beach Vacay

Loved our stay! Great spot- close to everything! You can watch the sunset over the marsh from the porch- beautiful! It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but doable and not too bad. We loved the house!

Great property, close to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year in a row renting this property. It's size (for our two families) is great and the walkable location close to the beach is very convenient. We also love the large dining table to fit our two families. While some updates were noticed and appreciated (new door handles and new kitchen appliances?) other areas have degraded from last year. The pots and pans are very badly gouged teflon and barely useable. There are also a few missing electric outlet covers, a serious issue if you have little children. These areas could be addressed very quickly by the property owners. Overall we love this property and would definitely come back!

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on St. Simons Island. Check in and communication with the property management company was easy and very timely. The house was clean and centrally located. Beds are comfy! The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. The straightest path to the beach takes you through the marsh. If you have a wagon or wheeled cooler, you would need to take a different route which would be a longer walk. It’s located in a quiet area within a short drive of the quaint downtown filled with shops and restaurants. Easy day trips to Savannah, Tybee or Jekyll Islands.

St. Simon’s Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and the marsh view was great. The 3rd floor bedroom did have a musty smell that may need addressing. I do appreciate the rental company contacting me to let me know we could arrive sooner than 4pm.

We were in town for a family wedding, but also took advantage of being so close to the beach and downtown/pier area. The kitchen had everything we needed. Both decks were awesome for relaxing/reading/conversation. We walked to the beach several times. Very clean. Plenty of room for parking 2 vehicles comfortably. Check in and check out were easy and clearly communicated. Wonderful stay and would highly reccomend!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property. The location was great, walking distance to the Lifeguard Station beach and several restaurants. The house layout was roomy with 3 floors. My teenage girls loved staying on the top floor which was separate from the floor the adults were on, as it gave them privacy. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the marsh. The only drawback was on our date of departure the cleaners showed up 30 min prior to our checkout time, sat in the driveway and waiting for us to leave, which I thought was odd. Even with that being said we’d book this place again.
