Welcome to Dune Breeze, located at 1528 Ocean Boulevard!

We have out done ourselves this time with the addition of Dune Breeze 1528 to our rental inventory. One minute to the beach by bike or a 5 minute stroll on foot. You are only 1.5 miles from being in the heart of the pier and village area. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath town home that sleeps 8 is located near the Coast Guard Station and East Beach area of St Simons.

The main living level consists of the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bath downstairs. This level has an open floor plan where the kitchen, living room and dining room all flow together. The kitchen has a small breakfast table that provides seating for fouor and a beautiful dining room with room for 8! There is plenty of seating for your whole family to enjoy a game night!

Going up to the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a king bed with en-suite with tub/shower combination. You'll love the private deck area off the master. There is also a second bedroom with queen bedding. There is a second full-size bath with tub/shower combination located in the hallway. From this 2nd floor hallway, you can access the newly constructed deck overlooking the marsh and enjoy spectacular sunset views. In addition, the 2nd floor has a full-size washer and dryer at the top of the stairs.

Third floor has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and a set of twin beds. A third full sized bath with a walk-in shower completes the third floor!

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Loved our stay! Great spot- close to everything! You can watch the sunset over the marsh from the porch- beautiful! It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but doable and not too bad. We loved the house!

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on St. Simons Island. Check in and communication with the property management company was easy and very timely. The house was clean and centrally located. Beds are comfy! The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. The straightest path to the beach takes you through the marsh. If you have a wagon or wheeled cooler, you would need to take a different route which would be a longer walk. It’s located in a quiet area within a short drive of the quaint downtown filled with shops and restaurants. Easy day trips to Savannah, Tybee or Jekyll Islands.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Dune Breeze. We were in town for a family wedding, but also took advantage of being so close to the beach and downtown/pier area. The kitchen had everything we needed. Both decks were awesome for relaxing/reading/conversation. We walked to the beach several times. Very clean. Plenty of room for parking 2 vehicles comfortably. Check in and check out were easy and clearly communicated. Wonderful stay and would highly reccomend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property. The location was great, walking distance to the Lifeguard Station beach and several restaurants. The house layout was roomy with 3 floors. My teenage girls loved staying on the top floor which was separate from the floor the adults were on, as it gave them privacy. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the marsh. The only drawback was on our date of departure the cleaners showed up 30 min prior to our checkout time, sat in the driveway and waiting for us to leave, which I thought was odd. Even with that being said we’d book this place again.
