Enjoy easy beach living, directly across from beach access! Our relaxing and spacious home in North Topsail is a sight to SEA! You can't get much closer to the water! Only an easy 30-second walk from the front door to the sand, located directly in front of public beach access and walkable to restaurants. Nestled in between the ocean and the intracoastal waterway, Ocean Breeze is perfectly located close to shopping and dining yet on a quiet stretch of sand for the moments of relaxation you crave.

Your group will enjoy our tri-level home with a fully renovated kitchen, spacious living area, multiple balconies and four well-appointed bedrooms. All bedrooms feature full linen service and a starter set of amenities so you don't have to rush to the store. Our fully stocked kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook and dine.

Comfortably and stylishly furnished, Ocean Breeze will easily accommodate up to 12 guests. Sunset views from the balcony are the perfect way to end the day before settling in for a family movie or game night.

Outdoor Space: We have 3 spacious decks for guests to enjoy the salt air! Our top floor deck is complete with a brand new polywood outdoor dining set for guests to enjoy meals outside or to add additional dining space for larger groups.

*Full Linen Service is provided and incorporated into the cleaning cost of our home.
*The pool next to the home is part of a different home and is not accessible to guests of Ocean Breeze
Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.

Dogs are allowed with payment of pet fee. Max 2 dogs.

NC beach trip

Family from OR, PA and FL met in Top Sail and the house was a perfect gathering place. Lots of patios with beautiful views and so close to the beach. Liked that it was walkable to Surf City where there are restaurants and shops. Other family house was at the northern end which is more remote.

We rented this house on Memorial Day weekend to go visit my son who's in the Marine Corps. From the pictures online it looked like the perfect house. The location was great, easy access to the beach and close to many stores and restaurants. When you first walk in house smelled like mold and wet dog. The humidifier was full, never emptied. The overall layout of the house was great. The outside decks and furniture were filthy, black when wiped. There was also mold in the tracks of doors and windows. We had to clean all those too. The outdoor shower was dirty with hairballs and not maintained at all. No one used that. The AC vents dripped on my son while in bed in one of the bedrooms. The induction oven stopped working and we were not able to use because we couldn't reset it. The bathroom sink barely drained and it was missing stoppers. There were other little things wrong but for the amount of money we paid I was disappointed with the way the property was maintained, or not maintained. I reached out to the property managers when we got back and never received any reply. Like I said, the location was perfect and we were able to spend time with the family.

It was wonderful being able to bring my dog! I've stayed in houses that allow animals and this one was better than most. Location is awesome, just a minute walk to the beach in case you need to go back for something. Rooms were good, bring your own pillows, theirs were a bit flat and lifeless. The AC works amazingly, you won't be warm in this house. The kitchen was the only problem we really had. There is no storage space for food items you bring that don't go in the refrigerator. There are some shelves but we had 7 people that brought numerous things and we had no place to store them. The blender was broken and there were no mixing bowls or measuring cups/spoons although some were brought to us. The stovetop had a mind of its own, sometimes it would power up and sometimes it would not. Overall great stay despite the weather not being the best for the week.
