We really like staying here. The location is perfect. Everything you need is within walking distance and being right on the beach makes this place one of our favorites. Can’t wait to come back!

The house had everything needed for a carefree vacation. Downstairs was perfect for kids, including pop-a-shot basketball that kept our kids busy for hours. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Perfect Family Getaway

Great location with beautiful views! We loved being able to walk to so many nearby restaurants and had a lovely family vacation. Beautiful home, would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Wonderful memories

The ocean views are beautiful and the location is an easy walk to great coffee, donuts and the local Mahi Mahi is some of the best

Very well equipped, ideal location. Accommodated the needs of teenagers, parents and grandparents. Beach amenities like boogie boards, beach shade, chairs were abundant and made for a great indoor and outdoor experience.

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the oceanfront! It’s the perfect place to getaway!!

This is a beautiful oceanfront home, it has everything you need to feel at home. Truly my favorite place! Very clean and lots of good details to feel you don’t need to go out to have fun it’s all in this fabulous home!

Great house

Great property and especially great location—beach right out the back door and many shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. House is well stocked with all the necessities and on-site manager responds immediately with any questions or concerns. We’ve stayed at this property twice now and can’t wait to return.

Surf city shindig

Everything was great and well provisioned. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to everything in surf city and short drive to Publix. Lots of new beach chairs and a shade sail (shibumi). Great layout with family gathering on top floor, adults second kids on first. Loved the location would definitely rent again.

Very nice house

The house is wonderful with everything you need for a great vacation. The beach is right outside the back door, and so much to do in Surf City right outside the front door within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous views with everything you need!

Perfect house for 3 families for a long weekend. House had everything we needed (and then some). And they were very responsive to small concerns. Loved being beachfront and also able to walk to Shaka Tacos! Thanks for a great get away.

Amazing location and beautiful house.

This house was absolutely perfect. My husband and I rented this house out with family to get married and it was everything we needed. There was things for the little ones to play with and later in the evening t everything’s in walking distance for restaurants and bars.

Great time catching up with family! The sunrise and sunset views are stunning from every room! Great communication from the property manager. The kitchen is very well stocked for any kind of food prep and cooking!

Perfect location to walk to many shops, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. NY Corner Deli is LEGIT NY/NJ style breakfast sandwiches & Italian subs. (have lived in NC for 10yrs & this place is the one & only we have found for great food - BECSPK - if you know..you know)3rd floor deck (from kitchen, dining & living rm) has a gate which is great for young kids & pets as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful views. Public beach access is right next door (didn't affect our stay at all) but best to get your bch gear set up earlier for good spot in front of house as the beach gets busy on weekends & high season.Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, bch toys and bch Shibumi canopy for shade & easy set up.2 sets of washer/dryer came in handy. Kitchen essentials were fully stocked. Plenty of beach & bath towels, comfortable beds. Great/quick communication with host/mgmt who has thought of everything needed for your home away from home. basketball arcade game able to shrink back easily for more space in room when not in use w/o having to take it apart. Wifi worked perfectly. This house is well kept & we highly recommend.

Oceanfront dream!

What a beautiful property and location. We had enough parking for 5 cars and once we parked them, we walked everywhere! The house accommodated our multiple families so well and we loved being steps from the beach. The beach itself was also well maintained and beautiful.
