Bring nothing but a smile and you will be fine in Paradise. Totally stocked with nice kitchen ware, great linens, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys and the list goes on and on. Outside furniture galore as well as a gas grill . Very important because you won't want to be inside until after dark ! There is also two large beach canopies that you may use as well as a cooler. Nice televisions in two of the bedrooms. Internet access and free long distance.

Property was just as described! Beautiful beachfront home with tons of space and tranquil views. It was wonderful to kick back, relax and spend quality time with family on the deck while listening to the waves crash on the shore, feel the salt air breeze and see the morning sun rise each day!

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying here. The convenience of the beach a few steps away with small children was fabulous. The house has everything needed for a great beach vacation. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for a week!!

It's a beach dream

Always enjoy bringing the family here. Quaint town, amazing beach, always fun waves to surf, perfect beach home that is now in multiple family photo albums over the years.

Gorgeous View

Great location right on the beach! Gorgeous view able to see the sunrise while sitting on the huge deck with plenty of seating. Nice stairs going to the beach. 2nd year staying here we enjoy the location so much. Close to everything!

Excellent

The property was well stocked with all the essentials, such easy access to enjoy the beach. Would definitely look forward to staying there again. Very spacious living area allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy family time. Property manager was very responsive.

Great location on no drive beach. We have always stayed on drive beach but have decided no drive is better. This property has an outside deck that is to die for…..very relaxing. Property has all the essentials & is well stocked. Some aspects of house seem to be getting a little tired (beds, sheets, appliances, washer/dryer set up, etc.).

Best Location

This was a great vacation spot. Fully stocked house, great location and easy to get around. Close to Publix and Starbucks was close too. We were able to come up for lunch and head back down to the beach for the rest of the day. We found a couple of great restaurants. We will stay here again.

Great Stay after Hurricane Ian

This is our second year staying at Sea Dunes. The property had major damage from hurricane Ian. The owner got repairs done quickly including access to the beach. Our stay end of March was wonderful.

Family vacation

Spring break

Stayed here for the week for my sons spring break so he could work at a local bait shop, 38 Bait. Love the house and location, hard to beat this one.

Would have stayed forever!

Lets keep this simple, it truly was a slice of paradise! The place was perfect in every which way! From kitchen supplies, to sleeping arrangements, to being so close to the beach, i couldn't ask for a better place. The menories made here will last a lifetime!

Great Beach week

Second time staying here and love the location, the house and the community. Was disappointed to see what the hurricane did to the dunes, but the deck is still great! 50' from tent to fridge is hard to beat. Would love to stay here again.
