If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.

This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.

This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!

The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.

The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Year 4 for us! Amazing location, right on the sand, with all the activity our family loves! We spent hours on the back deck soaking up the sun, having BBQs, followed by bonfires on our private beach. We love this spot and will be back again!

Good space for entertaining kids and adults comfortably. Nice sized kitchen and well laid out living space for family relaxation. Excellent ocean view and very convenient for beach access and family beach activities.

Great condo for a family!

We had a great time staying at this condo, it was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for a family of four, and beach access was right off the property. Definitely recommend!

Amazing house right on the beach

We had such a great stay. It was amazing being right on the beach! The house was beautiful and was thoughtfully prepared with everything you would need. Very spacious. We appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

Location location location

This apartment is right on the sand with great viewing of the off-roading going on out front. We enjoyed watching the action from both balconies. The restaurant next door is convenient for quick, yummy food.
