This property was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a lot larger than expected. My family and I absolutely loved having so much room to spread out and relax. The proximity to the lake was perfect, and the entire area was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We truly hope we can make it back here again one day! Highly recommend.

We spent two days in this beautiful ranch. The kids loved it - big rooms, the beach, the dock, and nearby restaurants. It is only about 10 minutes drive to Lake George, so when it’s raining there is always somewhere to take the kids to. Check in is very smooth and the whole area is very quiet. We will make a booking in the future when the place is available. Thanks very much Shawn.

The house was very clean and very large--felt like we were in a mansion! Amenities were abundant and furniture/beds were so comfortable. The view was simply serene, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake. Location is convenient to Lake George and Six Flags Amusement Park. Our family had a terrific summer vacation--it was so peaceful! Thank you Shawn!

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed this unique house. Very spacious and just as pictured. Right on the lake, with boats, firepit, and our own private beach. Our kids loved the house! Would definitely stay again!

Great location to relax

Beautiful place on the lake. Very nicely maintained . Loved Jacuzzi, piano and massage chair.

The house was beautiful and unique with a great lake view. We had fun on the kayaks and paddle boat. We swam, fished and had campfires on the beach. There were lots of games and a pool table for game nights. We enjoyed going to Saratoga Racetrack and Lake George which are nearby.

A Great Weekend Getaway

This was a great spot for my husband and I, our two teenagers, and two of their friends to spend a long fun, relaxing weekend. Plenty to do and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The property was exactly as advertised and exceptionally clean, and Shawn was always accessible to answer any questions.

Great experience over all

Everything you need and more great layout of the house and more then enough to unwind and space out and relax . We stayed 2 days and was far then enough

Lovely Lake House

Nice lake location with great combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. House is beautifully decorated and owner was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

William and his guests were amazing. They had 3 dogs and everything was left perfect. I would high recommend them to anyone. If you ever need a reference I'm here for you. Hope to see you again.

Great place right on the lake!

What a view in the morning and loved the proximity to Lake George without the hustle and bustle. Fun time fishing and canoeing and the pool table came in handy when the weather didn't cooperate. And Shawn was very responsive and helpful. Will stay there again.

Hou was amazing. Right on the lake with a boat and Kayaks. Great fishing spot if that's your thing

We had the most incredible time in this amazing house! It was so clean and comfortable. We loved spending time out on the amazing deck overlooking the beach and lake. Shooting pool every night was so much fun! Great family bonding time. So many great pictures and memories. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait until next time. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Great house for hosting

Really great and large home for hosting a gathering. Master bedroom is huge and the living area is also incredibly spacious. Shawn was a fantastic host and even mailed us a bathing suit we had left accidentally. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Shawn's place!

Summer 2024 stay

My wife and I, our adult children with their partners stayed at Candyland for a week in August. Plenty of room for the six of us. The home is quite unique and well appointed with all the essentials

Candyland

We absolutely loved our stay at ADK Candyland! The views were stunning and the property was large and gave each of us our own space when needed, but was also perfect when we all wanted to be together. . The host was super responsive and made checking in a breeze. The lake was perfect for swimming and kayaking, and evening fires. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, from comfy beds to a fully stocked kitchen. Can't wait to come back! 10/10 would recommend

Great spot!

Spent 3 nights here and had a very pleasant and relaxing experience. House was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything was as advertised. WiFi was excellent. Communication from Shawn before and during our stay was very helpful and appreciated. Easy drive into the village of Lake George, but we spent most of our time at the property.

We are a family of 6 with a dog and all 7 of us had a great time! The house is huge and plenty of amenities if it rains. We used the pool table nightly and the kids enjoyed the PS5! The property out back offers a peaceful and beautiful sandy beach area to enjoy the lake. The kayaks were also heavily utilized. And if all that isn’t enough, Shawn was extremely attentive and available for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property and we will be back in the future years to come! Awesome little vacation

It was a family reunion

There is nothing bad I can say. The place was large, exceptionally clean with tons of amenities to make this home a great vacation place for all ages. Thank you Shawn! You were a great host and have a fantastic home.

Excellent family/friend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. This house was off a main road but tucked away enough to feel remote. Having access to a canoe, kayak, and row boat were perfect for daily outings on the lake. This house is very family friendly - we travelled with 2- 2 year olds and were not worried about safety issues at all. Shawn was very helpful with the entire process and checked in with us to make sure everything was going great. Highly recommend!

We loved!!!

We love the place very much, the house is exactly as you see in the pictures, super spacious and cozy. The children have a lot of fun on the beach and with the games they have in the house. It was a great time I had with my husband, my children and my parents, the house has a view and a super pleasant climate. Thank you so much Shawn!
