It was a very nice condo and perfect for two people. She had everything you could possibly need. She checked up on us to see if everything was ok. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!!! My (teen) daughters and I decided we needed a beach vacation to PCB. Let me just tell ya, from communication with the host to beach front views and nearby attractions this place is MUST!! We are already planning our next vacation to come back!!

This was the perfect condo for our Fall Break. We had everything we needed! The condo building is the most secure I have been and all the staff were wonderful, especially since the hurricane had just come through a few days before. I especially enjoyed the chair and umbrella set up. It is so nice to not have to tote a bunch of stuff down to the beach, although it is a quick walk. The view, especially at sunset is beautiful!! The host was quick to reply to any question I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Met expectations

Joya Del Costa met our expectations. It was very clean, well maintained and offered all the convenience of home. The view of the Gulf is beautiful. The complex is right on the beach and is a very secured facility. We had a great experience.

This unit waa amazing! Perfect for 2 people and excellent views. Very clean and host (Lee) was great! Replied quickly to any questions and was also helpful with information about the area. Unit was stocked with coffee and snacks. Would highly recommend this unit and would love to return if in the area again!

Wonderful stay

A beautiful room for a small family or couples trip. The room was beautifully done, clean & comfortable. The beach area behind the condo was calm and low-key if you’re looking for a “quieter area”. Most of all we felt safe. Lee was a pleasure to work with and quick with any needs of ours. Would not hesitate to book again.

Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Joya Del Costa! The location, amenities, and views were perfect. Lee is a fantastic host and made sure to provide any miscellaneous items we might need or want during our stay - from beach items to extra towels. We also loved being able to use the beach chair rentals. Lee was super attentive to any questions we had and was informative both prior to and during our stay. We are already planning a trip to stay here again.

Best time ever!!!!!

The property is exactly as pictured! The owners, the staff & the security was awesome! We felt very safe and secure. Everything is in walking distance, (food, shops, etc…) We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to go back!! Our rental was OVER THE TOP!!! Beautifully decorated, amazing views, everything was absolutely perfect especially having the beach chairs & umbrella included each day! We felt so spoiled!!! Looking forward to planning our next trip! 🏝️ ☀️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Little paradise

The place is a little paradise. The owner paid very close attention to all details regarding the interior and things you might need while staying there. The coffee station is a very nice addition for all coffee lovers. The view on the bay is spectacular and don’t worry if you don’t see a sunrise in the winter time. The neighbor window will give you perfect reflection.

Beach Getaway 2024

I can't brag on this property enough or Lee the owner. It was a beautiful condo with the perfect location. Gorgeous ocean views. The property manager was so kind and so helpful and truly thought of everything when setting up this unit. All the little amenities that you might not remember to bring yourself, they thought of it. The condo was very clean and cozy, it made for a wonderful week vacation. We will 1000% be using them again and staying here our next trip back to PCB.
