Renovated 1 bed 1 bath beachfront condo. Beach service included in rental!

A labor or LOVE! Totally renovated and remodeled from floor to ceiling! Brand new furniture, sparkling clean kitchen and bathroom. A fabulous queen size bed, with new mattress lets you sleep like a baby. Built in cabinetry provides lots of clothes storage. Flat screen mounted in the bedroom wall. The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa along with a love seat which provides a full size sleeper. Kick back and enjoy the fabulous ocean view while you watch the 50" flat screen tv mounted in the wall! You can even enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen since our total redisign allows you to face the wide open beach view. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances. Nothing can top our ocean view, you can see for miles, enjoy watching the Dolphins play, boats sail bye or the sunrise & sunset. So whether your on the beach or relaxing inside you will get to experience our little piece of heaven!

Gated access to parking lot and grounds.

Parking pass and armbands will be sold via the Park N Spot link that will be emailed to you after your reservation is received.

Laundry facilities are on the first floor.

This is our second stay in this unit at the Sunbird - we'll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend it! The units here are very quiet inside despite being in a somewhat busy area. Elevators are fast and we've never had a problem with having to wait for one. Pool area is very nicely maintained. The staff at the office, gate, security, groundskeeping and maintenance are always very friendly and helpful. Robyne is a friendly and communicative host, and the unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The appliances, TV, wifi etc all work perfectly and check in is a breeze. Great beach and sunset views from the balcony. Thanks for another great stay!

Everything was exactly like it said the beach was great. We had a couple of problems in the condo. We notified the owner and within 45 minutes it was already all taken care of. Everyone was very nice and polite and the elevators were very fast. We never had to wait for one.

Everything as stated. Loved sitting on balcony with coffee in morning and watching the ocean waves. Beautiful beach and pool. Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved having convenient parking.

Property was very clean it was very well decorated I could tell they had been renovated newly and the host was very nice. If you are looking for a property with lots of security this is the property to stay at the sunbird condo has lots of security they want to make sure that you are not causing any trouble and that is good. The only potential bad thing that I could see with this property is right outside the condo the heat exhaust or whatever you want to call it from the air conditioning units just made it like a sauna when you were trying to walk through to get to your condo door that's the only drawback that I see.

Robyne has been an AMAZING host! We had some issues at check-in, and did not receive our condo numbers or keys upon arrival. But, with one simple call and message she was able to get us taken care of. We were here for our honeymoon, and this stay has been nothing but GREAT! All cooking and eating utensils supplied. So we were able to cook instead of eating out every night. For the inconvenience of everything on day one, she allowed us an extra night!! I give Robyne as the host, and the condo both a 10/10!!! You're amazing, we will be back!! If you see this Robyne, you are truly a blessing!! Plus you get the best beach view!!!

We have rented many times in PCB and this by far is one of our favorites! The location was perfect, easy access to everything! The condo itself was so clean and exactly as pictured, very updated! We LOVED IT!

Everything was great- except the weather! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed. Certainly will come back or use the same condo owner again! Hope for firm mattress next time, tho
