Close to the Arts Center & Ashworth park, our cozy, family friendly home seamlessly blends original architectural with contemporary upgrades. 3 blocks from Ingersoll Restaurant scene!
This is a duplex, however your side will have it's own entrace as well as it's own space entirely. No interaction necessary.
Nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, our duplex on Pleasant St offers a serene escape. Enjoy leisurely strolls through tree-lined streets, and you're just moments away from the vibrant energy of Drake University and downtown Des Moines.
Whole home, even an upstairs loft the kids (or extra adults) will love!
This space is perfect for families that want to be close to the action yet far enough away to have some quiet and feel at home. Level one = Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 1/2 bath
Level two = BR 1 = Queen Bed, BR 2 = 1 Queen Bed, 1 full bathroom
Level three = one bedroom with 2 twin beds and work area with desk and chair
Basement = washer/dryer - COMING SOON gameroom
Parking in the driveway or street parking. You are just one minute form I235 that can get you anywhere in the city within minutes.

No Pets
No Smoking or Vaping inside the home.
Put keys/key fob back in the lock box and scramble the code
Lost Key - $250 Keys Left In Unit - $75 Smoking in Unit - $250 Broken or Missing item (Per Item) - $25 Early Check in 2PM - $50 Late Check Out 12NN - $50
Missing Parking Pass (if applicable) - $250
Pre-Arrival Requirements We require all guests to complete the following pre-arrival steps: 1. Read and sign the rental agreement. 2. Send us a picture of you holding your government-issued of ID. Thank you for your cooperation!
