There is also an outdoor patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors and fresh air, which most units in this building do not have this dedicated outdoor space. Please note that this outdoor space is and can be shared with the studio unit that is also listed and available for guests. There is also an entryway where the dedicated washer and dryer is located for your use.
Guests may use the whole unit, the outdoor patio, the entryway and laundry machines, as well as all of the amenities at this condo. These include a beautiful saltwater pool and hot tub, BBQ area, cabanas, lounge chairs, grassy area and playground for kids, meeting/business rooms, and fitness center.
In addition, there is a brand new Toyota Rav4 that is available for rent at a discounted rate when rented with this home. Please inquire if you plan on renting a car.
We provide an array of beach equipment such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, bodyboards, and more for your use and enjoyment.
