Great location! The ad is accurate and we enjoyed our stay and will use again for any future trips. Being nit-picky, the blankets on the bed had some bleach stains (which didn't matter to us in the least),

Place was great, awesome view and awesome property. Only complaints were the showerhead was awful and the a/c took a long time to cool down the unit which was very warm when we got there. Everything else was great!

Very nice apartment, partial but nice view of the ocean. Apartment was well kept and well stocked, with everything we needed. Close to beach yet on a quieter street. Overall an excellent stay.

Great location and simple amenities

We have stayed here in the past and it is a solid location, property and price. We love the free parking pass and that we can save money by eating at “home” so close to the beach.

Great location and space

Loved this property bc we could cook breakfast and lunch and just be minutes from the beach during the day and restaurants for dinner. It was perfect for what we needed and was super reasonably priced.

This is our 4th time staying at The Waikiki Banyan and this unit was one of the best ones hot/string shower, comfortable bed, powerful AC(a little loud though), clean, nice furniture and spacious, great view(even better than the pictures!), a few nice amenities like a beach chair and buggy, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen with coffee filters. The host was easy to work with. Definitely would stay here again. Love the Banyan!

Good accommodation at great location.

The location is perfect as it's only 1 block from pick-up points for many tours. We had stay at another accommodation and found the fan that was provided at this unit to be perfect.

Convenient location with a great view

Clean, simple unit with a great view of the ocean that is a block away from Waikiki Beach and walking distance from many eateries and places to shop.

Quick visit

This place was perfect for what we were looking for and what we needed. The ocean view from the small lanai was beautiful. Location was central to most everything and the free parking was a huge bonus!! Communication was great and had no issues. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The location was great. Clean, perfect size for 4, mini store in lobby area. More than enough towels. Washer and dryer at end of the hall. Would def stay here again

Great location and communication with owner

Really enjoyed this location and property as a whole. Only challenge was changing from an AMEX to visa which I get but is part of doing business. However, property was great, communication was great, parking pass was free instead of $35 a night for public which was a bonus. We would love to stay here again.

Great location

If you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced in the Waikiki area, this is your place. We’ve stayed in this building several times (our first with this host). It’s a great location, great view with sunset, pool and hot tub for relaxing, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking. Denny’ s is close by (walking distance). We also walked to IHOP one day. And a real plus - free parking

First time in Hawaii won’t be the last

We had an amazing stay. The sofa bed could use an upgrade. The area was conveniently located to everything and easy access to highways. The pool was a nice area with friendly security. The view from the room was amazing too. Will definitely be back and will look for space at the Waikiki Banyan. ❤️

Perfect Condo for Small Family!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It is clean and has all the amenities we need to enjoy ourselves here. It has the perfect water view of Waikiki beach to watch the surfers in the morning. Also has a view of the pool. The location was the best as it was walking distance to so many things including the beach to Waikiki and shave ice place. My family and I love this place so much. We hope we can stay here again on our next trip back to Oahu.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was great, close to beach and dinning. Access to city transportation throughout Honolulu. I would recommend this for long term stay. Place was clean and provided all necessary kitchen utensils for cooking/ baking. We enjoy our time and look forward our next vacation.

The place was clean and an awesome view of the ocean, pool area, and street. Free parking. The curtains did smell, but they had a handyman come out to replace the curtain.

First Time To Oahu

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and these accommodations were just what we needed. With a short walk to the beach and shops...but still with a nice view of the water! It was clean and had what we needed to accommodate our family! The only negative is that the pool is under construction so that area was not usable!
