Welcome to this fully furnished home where you will be close to local shopping, dining, and all that Ames has to offer. This family friendly home features 3 bedrooms, with brand new mattresses, a fully furnished kitchen and movie ready basement! Enjoy your evenings out on the spacious deck that overlooks a large fenced in backyard.
LOCATION
Whether you’re in town to catch a game, for work, to visit friends and family, or just for fun, Cy's Landing offers close proximity to all that Ames has to offer and we would love to be your host!
Many of the best restaurants in Ames are a quick 5-10 minute drive from the house, with Jack Trice and Hilton Coliseum just 2.5 miles away! Stock up on all of the necessities at Hy Vee, less than a mile away.

*Enjoy the private deck and patio that walks out to a large fenced in backyard complete with a fire pit.

I grew up 20 miles north of Ames in Jewell, Iowa and moved to Ames in 2010 to play on the ISU Women's Golf Team where I competed for 4 years. In 2015 I started my career in Real Estate and love what I do every day. My husband and I lived in this home on Rockwell for 2 years after getting married and it has always been my dream to be an Airbnb host so we decided to take this adventure with our first home we loved so much! We live in this West Ames neighborhood and also own a few other long term rentals over here. It is a great location for getting anywhere in Ames.
We love attending Iowa State sporting events, playing golf and taking our 3 kids to the neighborhood park.

This neighborhood has a local park, is close to CyRide and is a quick drive to anywhere in Ames whether you're shopping for clothes, need groceries or want to eat at a good restaurant. I have always felt safe living in West Ames and love raising our kids here.

Our property has a true "home" feel rather than just another rental. We have lived here and absolutely loved it so we know that you will too. The back deck and patio / fenced in backyard is second to none and in the summer months that will be a prime spot to spend time siping a cold drink, having a bonfire or playing yard games.
