Great house, with lots of space and bedrooms. Nice deck to sit on and enjoy a beautiful evening. It is right on the golf course so if you like to golf, you can easily. Our stay was great!

This property needs a refresh: windows very dirty, front entry very dirty, kitchen lacks basic pantry items and is a mess. Baking sheets, bowels, serving plates old, dirty, or non-existent. No wine glasses but 20 wine koozies. Kitchen towels torn, 1/2 roll of paper towels… the kitchen goes on forever. Out side barbecue (2) a mess, wasp nest in one the other missing a grate. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered and we found them saturated with rain… never could use them. And, the sheets and towel's, replace and make sure they are dry before putting away! Some things were sour smelling,

To cleanliness of the property was questionable. When we arrived there was some trash in the sofa that caused ants to come in. There were ants all over the sofa and under the rug in the living room. The host did something to remedy it the next morning, but I spent the evening cleaning up. I had to vacuum and wipe down this sofa and clean out the trash frrom inside of the console in a sofa. I made the beds in the basement and found a set of false eyelashes on the pillowcase. The towels smelled as though they had sat in the washing machine for a long time before they were dried. Overall the stay was fine but I would recommend hiring new cleaners. The host was apologetic, and offered to send someone to clean but it was not until the next day, which was reasonable since we arrived later in the evening. Overall, the location was great for what we needed. I was glad the host responded. And there aren't many places in the area that could accommodate our group. So I was grateful to find a place close to our sons wedding location.

Very nice outside seating if the weather is nice has a large deck and it has a nice big family room and dining room for family gatherings, basement was redone very nicely beds were just ok

Peaceful getaway

TThis place is perfect if you are traveling with a big family. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and has a great view. The house has everything you need; we felt just like we were at home.

Have already recommended this rental to friends who will be traveling to Boone in July. Great home for a large crowd! Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice place for a big group

We've stayed here a couple of times and it's always a chill place for a large group. Plenty of space for all the kids to spread out.

Weekend getaway

We were here for a college visit and made a nice weekend out of it. It’s not far from ISU campus and being on the golf course was a bonus. The great neighborhood, perfect weather, and wonderful location in a lovely home made for a great weekend away!

Great stay in Boone

Great house in a great area, was there for Iowa State graduation. Quick 15 minute ride to campus. House delivered everything it said. Clean, comfortable, would rent again

We found the property very easily and entered the property with ease. Communication with property owner,manager was very good. We rented property for a family wedding so a majority of family could be housed together.

Terrific Experience

5 adults and 2 children. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay while in Boone for a family event. Easy access to highway to go to Des Moines and Ames. Close to essential businesses in the area. Pool table, nice deck, and views of golf course. We recommend the property.

Great place for ISU graduation weekend

This is a perfect home for a family gathering for Iowa State graduation or football weekends. Plenty of space to spread out and areas to gather and have fun. It's only about 18 minutes to campus! Highly recommend.

Bachelor party.

We brought a group of 8 for a bachelor party and this place was perfect for us. We slept everybody in the rooms, couches, and air mattresses. We really enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor deck was a hit. This place is a 10/10.

Great place for family gathering!

Wonderful property with enough room for family to spend a long weekend. Location us great and was just down the road from my nephew's soccer game at DMACC. Host was great at answering questions and very accommodating. The pool table and fire pit were big hits and the kids made good use of the big backyard. It was nice to grill on the deck and have space to spread out. Close enough to everything you want to see in Boone but on a quiet street. Great stay!

Nice location for Iowa Sate Game!

We had 4 couples that stayed at this home for the Iowa State game. The house accommodated all of us with enough bedrooms and common space for us to sit around and visit. Big sofa and lots of chairs. The house could use some love for sure, but otherwise fit the bill for what we needed.
