Home Away From Home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Perfectly located near major thorough ways for easy access to our beautiful community, but situated in a neighborhood that is secluded from traffic. The fenced back yard allows for little ones to roam securely.
The Space
One level rancher with laundry in the basement. The main bedroom has its own bath and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 and 3 have full size beds. A fully stocked kitchen provides the home-away-from-home feel. Just bring your, clothes, toothbrush, and groceries.
Guest access
Access is available to the entire house except for the owner’s closet. For the safety of our guests and home, there is an outdoor camera located at the front door. This camera functions as a smart doorbell and monitors the exterior with video and audio. We do welcome trained dogs with a $70 pet fee, but this must be included when booking. Also, the number of guest, including children, must be included when booking for liability purposes .

Loved this property. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Clean property. Definitely will stay here again when we are in town.

Truly a Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed our stay! It was exactly what we needed-very clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner was awesome with communication. We would stay there again!

Great Stay

The house was everything that was described and we LOVED the fact that the backyard was fenced in for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and having a washer and dryer was convenient. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

Perfect Retreat

I came up to visit the area and family. This little house was perfectly located we had our dog and the fenced back yard was awesome! We found the house very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Conveniently located and easy access. We loved our stay and definitely will be back.

Initially the property was clean.day after checkin many ants appeared in the kitchen and master toilet room. Host was contacted and apologized and had outside exterminated which did not help. We placed terro sheets around and sent pictures of the sheets that were covered with ants for multiple days. Never heard another word from the hosts.

We have never had any ants at this property. When Cindy contacted us at 8:37 am to let us know there were ants, a response was sent at 8:42 am(same day) that we would call an exterminator. She said they would go get some ant traps at 8:52 am that this happens they were from in Florida. At 1:30 pm we reached out to let her know the neighbor had contacted us that they had sprayed for ants and that the last time they sprayed this house got ants. At 2:47pm we reached out to say perimeter would be sprayed. At 3:00 pm we reached out and let Cindy know the perimeter WAS sprayed. They were not in the house or on the property at the time of treatment per guidelines: a host cannot enter a property without a guest present unless there is an emergency, explicit prior agreement, or specific local laws that allow it. Privacy rights protect guests during a short-term stays. An emergency is defined as: Fire, major water leaks, or immediate danger allow instant entry. Ants are not considered an emergency. We do understand they can be a nuisance, and we are sorry this occurred. At 4:01 pm Cindy let us know she bought ant traps and at 7:39 pm we offered to reimburse her (again we could not have entered the home). At 9:58 pm Cindy responded that reimbursement would not be necessary. Cindy also struggled with the simplified door code (9:48 pm) host response: 9:50 pm. We are sorry about ants as this has never happened and they have been appropriately put to their death.

OMG WOW!!

This was a great place to stay for my family and I. It was perfect to accommodate our needs and was so homey and cozy. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, accessible to the freeway and a bang for your buck. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Just as pictured

We chose to stay at this property vs a hotel. I am very happy we did. The house was comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was nice for our family. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping.

Expedition Court

We came to visit family in the area. It was an excellent location for visiting with them as we were close to their homes. The area is close to shopping with easy access to highways but with minimal noise. Everything functioned efficiently. There was a tornado warning while we were there and we hunkered down and felt safe in the basement .
