Tremendous house. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen for cooking & eating, great outdoor seating area with gas fire pit, wonderful hot tub and overall property.

Our stay exceeded expectations. Ryan was an excellent host who made everything easy from start to finish. The property was beautiful, well cared for, and felt welcoming the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay. The home had everything you needed in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms etc. So well stocked. We loved the gas BBQ, firepit and the hot tub. It was so clean and new and well situated at the top of the mountain. We would definitely return.

Beautiful, clean, modern home with bedroom/bath arrangement ideal for multiple family members. Traveled with 2 sons and their family- kids love bunk room.Any questions were promptly answered by host. Would highly recommend.

This property was fabulous! Large and spacious, very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all essentials, there were ample towels including beach towels for the hot tub and a LARGE assortment of games for the family! Our family enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Boyne Mountain area and would love to come back as ski season begins.The home was a fantastic option, with close proximity to the activities we planned. Our family spent the weekend at Avalanche Bay waterpark, and the new house was well stocked and met our needs perfectly.

This place was amazing! Everything was very high end. The kitchen was truly the most equipped kitchen we’ve ever stayed at. They even supplied baggies, tin foil and so forth. We needed nothing. The amenities were good fun. They have adult games and kid toys, shuffle board game is good fun, hot tub was great, firepit and everything else. Layout for our family was perfect. Bathrooms were spa like. Honestly top 3 of all the places we stayed over the years.

Cannot say enough good things about this house! Walking in we were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the kitchen and living areas were. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and linens. The layout of the house gave everyone plenty of space, storage racks for skis, boot warmers and privacy. The decor was beautiful and the owners put a lot of attention into the details to make staying here enjoyable and carefree. We were able to jump right onto the ski slopes by driving around the block and parking at the HOA cabin. We will definitely return here again.

This is a beautiful, immaculate home with virtually everything one would need to enjoy their stay. Minutes to Deer Lake and all the activities that the Boyne Mountain Resort has to offer and easy drives to Boyne City, Walloon, Petoskey, Charlevoix, etc. Ryan was an attentive and responsive host, and we are already considering a return trip in the Fall.

The house was amazing! Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Host replied very quick with any questions I had. The area is very nice and we would highly recommend staying at this property.
