We had a wonderful stay! The owner was quick, efficient, and respectful in responding to all of our questions and needs, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The house was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly as pictured online. Everything met our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to travel back to the area. Highly recommend!

Kayla, knowing the communication felt quick and respectful throughout really does mean a lot, a smooth and stress-free stay often comes down to exactly that. We really enjoyed our stay! The home is kept really well, decorated very nice, and has beautiful surroundings. We frequent the Banner Elk area and would gladly stay here again.

Great location for our ski trip. House was comfy, very well kept and has all the amenities needed. Outdoor area is charming.The host was superb with fast response to communications via app.My wife agreed it is the funnest and best value ( not the cheapest) of all the places we’ve stayed while NC skiing. We are eager to come back.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time and all of the adults commented on how nice the house was. It is a place that would be fun to visit in warmer weather some time as well.

Great space for a long weekend. There were 8 women in our group. Plenty of room for watching movies and playing games. The restaurants we wanted to go to were very convenient to the house. The one issue when the breaker tripped was quickly resolved with a quick call to find the location of the breaker box. Would definitely rent again.

Great Tree House

Everything was done via technology and even for this old man it worked perfectly. We liked so much we extended our stay another day. Communications both with the owners and cool B&B young lady by the name of Kelly was excellent. Additional amenities close by our grocery stores, fast food places, restaurants, attractions grandfather Mountain. Everything is close by really good place to stay.

Quick overnight getaway

We were concerned about the rain and cold that was predicted for the one night we were staying here..but honestly, once we got to the cabin, we forgot that it was nasty outside! The cabin is so cozy - we lounged around and watched TV, had the fireplace going and just had some family time! With 4 adults and 2 dogs, we did not feel like we were overcrowded or anything. A lot of thought was put into the details in this home and we loved every minute of being there!

Host was very welcoming, however the description of the driveway and entrance ramps leading to the upper level of house are not set up for elderly or handicap people. No rails and steep driveway was very icy

Awesome get away

Loved the house and area. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and our kids loved the loft spaces. During our stay the area received heavy snow. The roads were quickly cleared but the driveway (both top and bottom access points) were not treated or plowed. You do require 4-wheel drive access to the driveway in certain weather conditions. Our full sized rear wheel drive SUV did struggle. This is your only parking for the house. Also, the walkways to enter the home are wood and after a few days of snowy weather they became icy and treacherous. Overall we will be back but with the knowledge of the driveway/walkway potential conditions.
