Our freshly updated 3 Bedroom with a huge bonus space has a large rooftop and is perfect for groups looking to have a place close to everything. You can walk to 12th South, The Gulch and Edgehill Village along with being a quick uber/lyft to Downtown and all of Broadway's Honky Tonks.

*First floor-
The garage has been transitioned into a bedroom/living area with a full bathroom! There is a queen bed, a couch, smart TV and a nice table with a bench seat!
*Second floor-
Kitchen with two coffee makers, one drip and one Keurig machine for pods. There is a living room and bedroom on this floor!
The bedroom is off of the kitchen, near the fridge that has barn doors and has a King bed and a half bath.
Living/sitting is on the other side of the kitchen and features a queen size pull out couch and a tv.
*Third floor
Bedroom #3 - King bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #4 - King bed with attached bathroom that can also be accessed from the hall. The washer and dryer are also on the this floor.
*Fourth floor- ROOFTOP with a couple couches for you to use and enjoy.

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.

Located right between 12th South and the Gulch, called Edgehill. 5 minutes to 12th and Gulch and only 7 minutes to Downtown!
Perfect location to all the hot spots in and around the city!

You are welcome to bring a car and use our two car garage but if you prefer not to drive-Uber/Lyft are always available 24Hrs and are typically less than a five minute wait. There are also electric scooters around the area for you to use powered by a phone app. These are perfect for getting around the whole city!

***PLEASE NOTE, we only provide a starter set of any amenities.
This includes but is not limited to:
2-toilet paper rolls
2-rolls of paper towels
1-cleaning sponge
1-travel size bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K-cups or small bag of coffee grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
