This beautiful condo is located on the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville. It features 1 bedroom (king bed) with an en suite; fully stocked kitchen; cozy living room (sleeper sofa), dining area with amazing views; and a private balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. Walking distance to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Sounds Stadium, Farmers Market, Bicentennial Mall, and many more fun attractions! Located on the top level (3rd floor). Please note this is an up and coming neighborhood with construction nearby.

Great location, comfortable and cozy. Had everything my husband and I needed. The abundant supply of K cups, toilet paper, and paper towels were very much appreciated. Being on the river was entertaining watching all the boat activity. Would stay here again!

Loved this place. Highly recommended. Clean, cute, comfortable king bed, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a 5 Lyft ride to downtown, with no wait.

The location of this Condo is great with a short walk into Broadway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Contact with the hosts was really great and they were able to give us some local information. Highly recommended by us. We had the best week staying so central.

Cute and clean apartment with a relaxing patio overlooking the river. Parking was easy and felt safe, and the area was surprisingly close to many things. An easy walk to the baseball stadium or Brooklyn Bowl and many restaurants.

Awesome apartment in a great neighborhood. So many great food spots nearby.Note that the only bathroom is off the bedroom. So if you have anyone sleeping on the pullout couch, they have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Safe, clean property. Nice view of the river. Can walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium, about a mile but easy walking. Record player was a nice touch and board games. Only suggestion would to bring extra blankets, there weren't any extra in the condo. Definitely had a great time and stay, great location and price.

The place was very clean and nice. Easy to walk places and get around. The temperature was not consistent and had a hard time staying to the desired temperature. We stayed for an entire week and felt there should have been more towels and washcloths available. Other than that everything else was great.

Very cute condo right on the river! Lots of attached, covered parking. We were on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator, but the stairs were not bad at all even with our bags. The water pressure was incredible and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We walked to and from Broadway multiple times over the weekend and it only took about 20ish minutes one way. Would definitely stay here again.

The location it was easy to get to Broadway. You could walk there. It was nice sitting on the deck and looking out over the river and watching the boat go by very comfortable. I would read it again if I went back.
