It features 1 bedroom (king bed) with an en suite; fully stocked kitchen; cozy living room (sleeper sofa), dining area with amazing views; and a private balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. Walking distance to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Sounds Stadium, Farmers Market, Bicentennial Mall, and many more fun attractions! Located on the top level (3rd floor).

Great Location

Property is right on the river with covered parking and sidewalks along the river for the short walk to Broadway. Interior was nicely decorated and very clean. Really liked the included coffee pods for our slow morning starts. The host was very nice and quick to answer our questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

My wife and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The place was clean and as advertised. The area looks a little industrial, but it is growing and getting nicer. Great weekend accommodation.

Just awesome

Very clean quiet place to stay in Nashville to get away from the hustle and bustle the pool was great. The owners were awesome. I would totally recommend staying here and I also would stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again. We are in our upper 50s and walked to and from condo to Broadway. Definitely clean and beautiful. The host was super helpful. Loved pur stay 5 star for sure.

This is a lovely condo on the river in a redeveloping part of Nashville, close to downtown and Germantown. The apartment is well appointed and tasteful, and the accommodations comfortable. Amazing, communicative hosts. Will be back.

Great location

The condo was clean and very centrally located. It had everything we needed for our stay. There is some construction in the general area that caused some road closures, but it didn't really affect us at all. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we are in the area. We had a great time at the concert!

Above and beyond

Check in/out process was smooth. Home is very clean and comfortable. Location is great - walking distance to nearby restaurants. Denise accommodated our needs, communicated well, and went above and beyond! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Nashville!

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Our hosts were extremely accommodating to us and communication was was outstanding. The condo was very modern and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Great location and easy walk to downtown. Highly recommend this place! Thank you!!

Everything was real nice it was located within a mile of where we was going the host was very helpful it was my wife's birthday and she helped me have flowers and balloons in the condo before we got there I would definitely recommend this to anybody

Highly recommend!

We stayed here over the holiday and really enjoyed it. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully supplied. Denise was quick to respond to any questions, and check in/out could not have been simpler. She even had a very cute Nashville themed Christmas tree and other decor. We also enjoyed the view of the river and all the tugboat activity.

Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was great to work with and quick to respond. The location was perfect for our needs. We walked everywhere. The view off the balcony was peaceful and we enjoyed the boat traffic. Thank you for everything!

Convenient location, everything as advertised!

The unit had everything we needed and it was conveniently located. While you can walk to the bars at Broadway, it's much quicker with a very inexpensive Uber ride. The building is off the beaten path, but not far from anything--the perfect combination for us. The free parking is a huge plus, and that's difficult to find in the area. We had no complaints!
