Absolutely loved our stay. The place was spotless, organized, and had everything we needed & more! Perfect location. We loved the easy beach access (and now crowded beach) and spacious rooms. Mitch was also very communicative. Definitely plan to stay again, 10/10 recommend!!

This was our favorite place we have stayed at in PCB. It was the perfect size for our group and better than being in a high rise. Host contacted us several times to make sure things were going well.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and had more than enough space for our group to spread out and relax. The location couldn’t have been better—it was just steps from the beach. The house was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. The host was also wonderful—very communicative and responsive. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

The property was fantastic! Lots of space, nice furnishings, terrific location. The unit had all of the extras and even beach chairs. Mitch was amazing to work with! We had one small issue and with one text, he had someone over to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is in a great location. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. My only complaint is parking. Allows a lot of people for only have 2 parking spots.

Family vacation

This place was fabulous. Plenty of space for all eleven of us. Perfect location, close to everything and right on the beach. We will be back.

Amazing Property!

We loved the location, size and cleanliness of this property. This is the first time we have stayed in a more private location and we loved it. The owners communicate very well. We will definitely consider returning to this spot on our next PCB trip.

We had the best time! Everything we needed was there, and was perfect for 2 toddlers. Panama always has our heart and we’ve been many times but I think we found our escape for every trip down there! Beautiful home, well maintained and just overall perf. We can’t wait to come back

Incredible for families!

We LOVED staying here! The beach access makes it so much easier with our toddlers and the neighbors and beach were peaceful and quiet. The layout is awesome for multiple families and everything is very spacious. We had plenty of outlets for baby monitors and sound machines, and with two baby gates it was easy to secure the stairs for the littles. We will absolutely stay here again!!

Fantastic place

We loved our visit to Splashpad. It was close to everything we wanted, plenty of room and close access to the beach for the kids to play. The home was very spacious and clean. Everything about his place was nice. We will surely be back.

Great, well equipped, clean property

Great stay. Communication was excellent. Awesome access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunk beds. We had 4 adults and 4 children and this place had everything they needed. Wonderful location on a quiet area of the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Stunning house and gorgeous views!

This house was exactly as it was described! The pictures do not do it justice. The views were amazing! Especially because you get to step on to beach the minute you open the back door. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect with a supermarket nearby and local restaurants just minutes away! We will definitely be staying at this house again!

This was hands down the most well-equipped place we’ve ever stayed in 20 years of vacationing in Panama City Beach! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. From plenty of cookware and dishes to beach towels, chairs, toys for the kids, clothes steamers in every room, irons and ironing boards… and even games for family nights, it made our stay so easy and enjoyable.The location was perfect, and the extra touches really set this home apart from others. The host was wonderful — super responsive and helpful with anything we needed.We had an excellent experience and will definitely look to stay here again!

Steps to the beach

We've always stayed in high rise condos but opted for a single condo this time and will never go back to a high rise condo. From being able to park right in front of your unit, no elevators to wait on and being able to walk right out your back door to the beach is a must. Unit was perfect, fully stocked and any issues were promptly addressed. Highly recommend.

Girl’s Get Away Trip

This was the worst stay we have rented because the sewage was a big issue and smell was unbearable. The bathroom tube/shower water was not heavy enough to take a shower in two of the bedrooms because the latch on the tub where you navigate the water were broken.

We are sincerely sorry that Sharon's experience did not meet her expectations. Guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we take all feedback seriously. It pains me to receive this review when all previous reviews have been 5 stars after over 50 guest stays. Upon receiving notice of a sewage odor and issues with the guest bathroom showers, we responded within hours with a licensed plumber visiting the home. The plumber did not detect an odor and confirmed that the showers were functioning as designed; he demonstrated the operation to the guest. After a late evening unhappy message from the guest, we dispatched a maintenance professional to inspect the home in the following morning. He detected an odor emanating from a compromised wax ring seal on one of the toilets and immediately replaced it. He also refreshed the affected bath area, checked showers again, and replaced batteries in the TV remote. Throughout Sharon’s stay, we made extreme efforts to communicate and resolve her concerns as swiftly as possible, while also respecting her requests for privacy while she was not at the home. Following her departure, our team conducted further inspections and arranged for the replacement of both guest bath tub spouts with a design that is easier to operate. Since Sharon’s departure, four different members of our team, plus three groups of subsequent guests, have reported no odor issues. All these guests who have completed their stay provided 5-star reviews. Splashpad PCB is one of our favorite properties, with our team members requesting to stay at this home for their own personal vacations. We deeply regret that Sharon’s experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We are committed to providing excellent accommodations and responsive service, and welcome any prospective guest to contact us directly with questions or concerns.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this beach getaway to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable trip. The location was fantastic, the space was comfortable and welcoming, and everything about the visit made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time by the water. It was exactly the kind of place you hope to find for a memorable beach stay.There was a temporary issue with the on-site pool during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive and helped get it addressed quickly. We really appreciated the communication and effort, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. Their attentiveness and care were clear throughout the stay.Overall, this was a fantastic trip, and we would happily stay here again. The combination of a great beach setting, a comfortable place to stay, and a thoughtful, helpful host made this an easy five-star experience.

We recently stayed here on our family beach vacation. We had 11 family members in the house and all of us had plenty of space. The condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and very clean. We were so comfortable. It was our first time to not stay in a high rise so being able to easily access the beach (especially with young children) made our days so much more enjoyable. We had only been there a few hours when we decided we were definitely booking this place again!
