It was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to contact and answered questions. The coffee bar is a nice touch. The decorations were great. I would stay here again if we visited again. We enjoyed the new river gorge national park and Babcock state park.

Great place to stay for our visit, everything was as described, close enough to town but far enough away. Amenities as described. House was clean, welcoming and tidy. Loved all the extra touches. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perhaps my favorite rental of the two or three dozen where I’ve stayed. Clean, quiet, easy to find, well-equipped. There are two excellent national park trails nearly within walking distance - Kaymoor and Brooklyn Mine. Both seemed under used. Fayetteville is about 20 minutes away and has everything you need.

We had a great weekend at the SBR, the house met our needs as we traveled back and forth. A very pretty area, great snacks, supplies for cooking and clean up were generous.Five adults had plenty of room, lots to do just a brief but curvey ride away.Hosts were responsive and gave helpful recommendations.

This property was exactly what we needed for vacation. It had everything we needed. Communication was wonderful and the host was quick to respond when we reached out. Would definitely stay here again.

Place is far from town, at least a 15 minute drive, but it charms the place with how remote it is. For being in the middle of nowhere, the internet is great too. Everything we needed (except for groceries of course) was there as well, and we had no problem using the cooking supplies provided.

The home was a great place to stay near ACE Resort for a festival. It was clean and cozy, with a stocked coffee station and snacks. Around the house, we had everything we needed. The internet speed was fast and the smart TV had everything we wanted to watch. We woke up to find deer feeding in the backyard. It was very peaceful and serene.We enjoyed playing cards at the table on the back deck. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfy in the living room and a large dining table for meals.

1452 HollerRidge is splendid with a very centralized location and an excellent coffee bar. The bedrooms were well stocked as were the bathrooms and kitchen area. The small ice maker was a definite plus. The temperature outside was very warm but when we arrived it was very cool and comfortable inside. Overall an outstanding 4 day experience.

The space was clean, beautiful, and had some tasty snacks! I highly recommend staying with them if you get the chance. It was exactly as advertised and the hosts were extremely accommodating for our special event!

All of the previous 5-star reviews were spot. The Holler Ridge cabin is so perfect. It's roomy, comfy, clean, quiet and equipped with the essentials for a longer stay. I loved coming back from a day of hiking to relax and unwind on the covered porch on the bench swing with a great serene view. And then we'd come inside onto the comfy couch to watch tv for the night. One thing to note is that the tv gets local stations unlike other rentals with smart tv's that just have streaming apps to log into. So they must have an anyenna that picks up local channels which was nice. Also, easy check-in and check-out. And most of all...great owners. Robert and Vickie are wonderful offering tips and suggestion as well as very responsive.

This house is located on a peaceful property. It’s adorably decorated & has a sweet coffee bar, stocked with k cups & if you prefer the old fashioned pot, they have that too with liners and a few individual bags of ground coffee. They also have a snack bar! Their washer and dryer plays a cute little song when they are done washing or drying your clothes! That made doing laundry fun!!

Nice place to sit on the back porch and enjoy your coffee. House was clean and fully equipped. Nice coffee and snack bar. Host was friendly and gave tips for places to visit during our stay.

It was well equipped. Full kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Also had several different flavors of coffee and had tea also. They had some bottled water in the refridgerator and some snacks and candy for visitors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are fast to communicate.
