We loved our stay! The neighborhood is great - friendly and very walkable to shops, coffee, ice cream, the bus stop. We walked to the ferry, to the bus, all over the neighborhood. We loved Hoboken!

The apartment is in a great location, lots of restaurants close by and easy access to NYC. It was very clean, had nice amenities and the outdoor space was an added bonus, I would highly recommend a stay here and would love to go back one day. The host was great, very responsive and very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay in Hoboken. The place was extremely clean, the location was perfect, and being close to the PATH made getting into NYC quick and easy. Grocery stores and great restaurants were all within walking distance. Highly recommend — a great stay overall!

Check in and check out was very smooth. The apartment is in a perfect location, there’s a bunch of stores close by and easy to access NYC, using bus or path. Parking is very tricky, I wouldn’t recommend going there with a car. Overall was a very good stay.

The apartment was so convenient. Blocks away from restaurants and so close to the PATH. The neighborhood was safe and parking was super easy with the pass.

Lovely apartment close to everything. Very clean, plenty of space, and thoughtfully provisioned with everything you need (spices, different tea & coffee choices, etc.). Washer & dryer if you're staying more than a few days, and a really beautiful sun room at the back.

Street parking can be challenging.The host was excellent!The condo was exceptionally well equipped.Location was prime; close to EWR, a quiet neighborhood, blocks away from Mass transit to NYC. You don’t need a car if you’re there to visit NYC. My family & I would stay there again.

Nice clean property with good kitchen and facilities.The PATH train is about 15 min walk in a good neighborhood. Lots of restaurants a short walk away.

Perfect house

The property was great in a nice location. Easy to get to the bus to bring us to nyc. Loved that it had a washer and dryer, and everything else we needed!

Great property, loved the outside area and location, however the place was not ready for us at check-in time. The cleaning person was still there which has never happened to me before.

We are so sorry that the cleaning was 30 minutes delayed - this is by no means how we typically operate and it has never happened before. Our cleaners are usually finished well ahead of schedule. As we informed you – our main cleaner had a serious family emergency on the morning of your check-in and our backup cleaner arrived as soon as we called. We are so grateful that they were able to accommodate us with short notice and complete a thorough cleaning despite the circumstances. We always want to make sure the apartment is spotless for our guests, so we never cut corners when it comes to cleanliness. As a small family business, we take our guest experience very seriously, and always do our best to provide an excellent stay. Unfortunately some things are out of our control, so we always appreciate grace and understanding. We are so glad you enjoyed the apartment and loved everything about your stay. My family & I were Absolutely pleased with this property, it felt just like home. Veronica was very attentive during our stay & we all agreed that we would definitely stay here again in our next vacation to Jersey/NYC.

Great appartment in a nice relaxed neighbourhood close to NYC

The appartment was cosy. Everything you need was there. Als a nice garden to go to. The bus to NYC only takes 10-15 min.

Easy, peasy! We had a great time and were very comfortable here. The neighborhood was walkable and had everything we needed. Also, walkable from the Path train. In my experience, city apartments can often have poor shower pressure and/or poor draining but not this place, it was great! The Brita water pitcher was also very appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a cute apartment in the quaint Hoboken neighborhood. We felt safe and everything was walkable. The noise from the radiator and the tenants above us was very loud and kept us awake, which is why I gave this stay 4 stars instead of 5. We appreciated the parking pass and the Brita in the fridge! Overall, Veronica was a great host and it was a fun family trip to the city.

Comfortable place, close to city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Hoboken. It was close for us to go in and out of the city and close drives to our old haunts in NJ. Place was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family. Parking was a little challenging to find a space sometimes, but as long as you pay attention to the signs was fine. Plus having lived in the area before, we know it comes with the territory.

Appartement spacieux dans quartier très calme et agréable avec supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Il est super bien équipé tant au niveau cuisine, literie que jeux pour les enfants, et très reposant après de longues journées à New York ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
