The room was great, the location and view is also great! But host was not very responsive through the week we stayed. That made check-in process more difficult. But otherwise, he was nice and accommodating when he responded.

This was a perfect place for our week long vacation. Host was quick to respond to questions. Transportation was easy to and from Manhattan. Neighborhood was quiet and had many delicious options for meals. Gorgeous night time view of the NYC skyline. 100% would stay here again.

The views were Fantastic! Overrides any issues we had. Absolutely worth staying there. The bathroom wasn't very clean. I realize it's an older property but the shower needs some help. Parking was an issue. We got rock star parking Friday but Saturday we drove around for about 45 minutes, then gave up and parked in a garage 1.5 miles away. Over all the place was great and we recommended to our cousin to book. Excellent Italian place around the corner for dinner called Enzo Bruni La Pizza Gourmet Italian Restaurant. Best Italian food we have had.

The most amazing NYC views. Finding parking was a challenge, but that comes with the nature of city homes. The Ferry being so close was also nice.

The flat was perfect for our trip to New York, especially because it has three separate bedrooms and is in a quiet location. The view of the Manhattan skyline is magnificent. The bus stop is just a few steps away and you can get to Times Square really quickly. We‘d love to come back.

This place was absolutely perfect for our big family. It had the most breathtaking views of NYC right from the living room window. It’s in a safe neighborhood. It had so much space. We absolutely loved it and would return to it in the future if we make that trip again.

Great spot! The view was amazing. Of course we pretty much just slept here during our vacation as we made sure we spent our time experiencing NYC. Beds were comfy. We arrived a little early, but were able to leave our bags and go explore.The location was great, theres a bus stop at the corner to get into Manhattan. The view out the window was amazing.The apartment is a little old, but it was worth what we paid. I felt the value was definitely there.

15 min ride to Times Square. Lyft was cheaper than ferry but we did spend a lot to get back and forth. Apartment was spacious but nothing fancy. Beds were comfy. Very clean apt. BEAUTIFUL view of the citu, especially at night.

Amazing week in Jersey/New York. Host was very responsive and friendly before and during our stay.apartment was great! great, safe location with stunning view. convenience stores and cafeswithin 5-10 min walk. good location for Metlife stadium events; 30 uber. local parks for the kids. apartment is third floor. 50-70 uber to the city. excellent access to local busses / train access to City

The view of NYC skyline was the highlight. The host was slow at responding to our messages. We could not find the laundry so we messaged the host but didn't hear back for 2 days. Once we found it, the washer was working but the dryer was not. Also, the check in time was 4:00 PM but we couldn't enter until after 5:00 PM because the apartment was still being cleaned from the previous guest.

In the property description, it has lots of info including that the washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. It was a same day check out and check in, so the cleaning finished shortly after the guest arrived and we appreciate the understanding. We don’t have anymore same day check out/check in so that won’t happen again. We apologize for the dryer. The guest said they were fine with laying their clothes out to dry. The new dryer is working great now. So that has been taken care of. Most importantly, we have many great reviews on rental platforms for this very well priced, beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with awesome NYC and water views located only 15 min from midtown nyc Times Square.

The property is in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the skyline. It’s away from the bustle of manhattan, which is quickly and easily reached by bus. We felt safe and slept well. Highly recommend. We had a learning curve to figure out changing between NYC transportation and New Jersey Transit buses, but it was quick once we did. The Port Authority bus terminal, gate 212, bus route 166 zone 2 was the bus we used to get back to NJ. A round trip ticket can be purchased at the Port Authority from the Orange ticket kiosks, then used to board a 128, 165 or 166 bus near the house. Your subway/Omny cards from NY can’t be used.

We initially had trouble confirming we were at the right place because we had instructions to enter a code to gain access but the external door didn’t have a keypad, just a traditional lock. As it turns out, that door is unlocked and there is a keypad on the next door to gain access. One thing the listing didn’t mention was just how many stairs there are to get to the apartment. It is a 3rd story walk up, but there is an extra set of stairs outside in addition to that. The stairs outside were very uneven and difficult to climb and the handrail was extremely unstable. Once those were done, there were still 2 flights of very steep and narrow stairs to get to the apartment. This was challenging for 4 women with a lot of luggage. I was traveling with my mom and aunt who are 70 years old, so it was up to me and my daughter to haul everything up. Once we finally got to the landing for our apartment, we discovered it full of cleaning supplies blocking the doorway and the door was open. There was a full mop bucket and mop in the middle of the kitchen. We were very concerned that things were left insecure, but nothing seemed to be out of place. The place itself was clean and suited our needs just fine, but that trek up the stairs at the end of each day was challenging. The location, however was excellent! The views of the Manhattan skyline were incredible. It was a short walk to the bus stop and a quick trip into the city each day!

Die Wohnung ist sehr alt. Ich hatte Angst, was in die Steckdose rein zu stecken, weil sie so marode und offen waren. Wegen Sicherung durfte man nur ein Elektrogerät laufen lassen, zwei. Gleichzeitig sprangen die Sicherungen raus. Es gab kein Rauchmelder. Die ganze Wohnung ist heruntergekommen.Die Klimageräte waren sehr alt und sind sehr sehr laut gewesen. Wir haben einen Regentag gehabt und es hat in die Wohnung geregnet, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hatte.Das einzig positive ist, dass die Aussicht auf New York Skyline schön war.Auch der Kühlschrank war sehr gut und groß, aber auch sehr laut.

Please read all the great reviews here and on other platforms. The guest never complained when he was there and what he wrote is not true except that you do need to close the window when it is raining. We have many outlets in the apartment. It is a well maintained apartment and the pictures are very representative of the apartment.

This condo is in a great location, and a short walk to the ferry with beautiful views from the living room as stated. It was very peaceful and quiet. We had 4 adults and it sleeps 6 so plenty of room. My only critique is that the living room could use another couple of nice chairs or a second couch. There’s only one couch, a dining chair with a cushion that feels like you’ll fall to the floor, and a dining table with 6 chairs. 6 adults in a living room with just one couch is a little tight. I also feel that they could upgrade the TV to a minimum of 55”, move the current small TV to a 2nd room, and get another for the 3rd. It’s still a nice condo, but for the price, I think adding these items to make it a little more comfortable would be money well spent. I had also read a review on the 3 flights of stairs, so was prepared, but they were steep and difficult for one of our adults to manage. He actually fell on the last day going down. Thanks for having us!

Great location and we were surprised how spacious the flat was. Lots of room, clean linens, and everything worked. We walked to the ferry everyday, lots of steps but we enjoyed the view and felt safe.

Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist atemberaubend, entschädigt für die paar Unannehmlichkeiten. Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem, es ist auch nicht perfekt sauber, aber ansonsten alles super. Die Fahrt rüber nach NY geht schnell, alle paar Minuten kommt ein Bus, die Wohngegend ist entspannt, es lohnt sich.

The appartment is very well located; getting to Manhattan by bus is very easy. To improve the property, we have the following suggestions: the bathroom needs modernizing (specifically, a walk-in shower); the mattress in the master bedroom (at the end of the hallway) needs replacing, as it sags in the middle; and the living room TV shows only a black screen.

This was a terrific place to stay while we visited NYC. It was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The laundry is in the basement and we were on the 3rd floor. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood even though we were so close to NYC. The VIEW is amazing. We really were very happy. Aaron was so responsive any time I had a question. We did not park a car, we used NJ Transit and NYC subways systems. Once we got the hang of it, very easy. We would Definity recommend this home. Only thing I would say is the steps are very steep leading to the house. We got a work out. Thank you Thank you for making this trip memorable.
